Hi, we are unable to export a specific table's records using the export function. All other exports are working as expected. We receive an HTTP 500 error if we try to export the selected records. 

Compared to the Windows GUI, the Universal GUI offers limited formatting options in the text editor.Most of the font and paragraph options are missing, and we require them. Additionally, the ability to add tables and links is essential for us. This is preventing us from transitioning to the Universal GUI. 

As the template names are long, the parameter has been set to a custom width. But this width is nog used in the universal GUI.   Also the layout (column setting) is not used. This might have effect on many of our tasks, which results in huge impact to switch to universal GUI 

When I have a conflict during merging, the source branch is the same as the target branch for the details.I think it's a bit confusing. Shouldn't the name of the branch in the second column not be  SGT-263_AUTO_DEPLOY?  

As we want to move to the Universal GUI, we are checking of all works. That's not the case.When we try to open some grids in Universal GUI, this causes errors as the URL that is passed in IAM seems to be too longThis happens for several models, like this example email_object Can this be solved soon, as this is blocking for us to migrate to U-GUI I also shared scholarship with Robbert van Tongeren

Has anyone managed to reduce the row height or the distance between records in a formlist?The field spacing settings in TSF do not seem to have any effect. It may be possible with custom css, but I think a test-data-id is missing to be able to control this properly.By placing the lines a little closer together, we get more data on the screen and the end users have to scroll less. In addition to this, I think it will be possible to adjust the height by adding some lines in custom.css but we mis a data-testid for tsf-emotion-....  

From our users point of view filtering in a column header seems the most friendly.As described in Sort, search, and filter | Thinkwise Documentation (thinkwisesoftware.com) filtering is only possible if a column contains a lookup column or domain with elements. It is hard to explain to users why sometimes filtering is / is not possible. Are there plans to make filtering in a column header always possible?

We import an Excel-file using the standard importing feature within Universal. Before importing the data (or right after) I would like to delete the records that were already present in the table.I am looking to use the default logic to do so, however, I am unable to distinquish the previously imported records (except for a time-based solution which is not a preferable option to me). I need a unique condition / trigger before the import starts to delete all existing records, or I would need to be able to distinguish the newly imported records from the old records. Is there a way to do this using the default logic?  

Is there a way to send a PDF file to ChatGpt and use LLM Instruction, without using an external OCR software?  

Would it be possible to show a higher maximum zoom level than currently available in Universal? An example is shown below:I would like to know if it’s possible to assign specific colors to the columns. For example:Replace the blue color for 'on-time' with green. Hello everyone,In our software solution we have a task with a drop down, it looks like the following: This solution works with certain icons that change on the grid. And now it would be better to visualise it in the drop down with the icons used in the grid. All these options have their respective icons, is it possible to use those instead of text? We think this will make it clearer for the user to understand the task. So is it possible to use images in such a drop down or should I turn this into an idea?

When opening certain tables the following information gets logged in indicium:The Universal GUI does not show anything unexpected or broken.What causes this and how do I fix this? It might be a simple fix, but I have no idea what to do with this 😅

For some reason the HTML control used in “Factuurnummer” is by default very high, but i want it to be the same height as “Intern factuurnummer”At the subject page these are the settings, as you can see Field height in positions is empty. I can put in 1 for example but then still it is not the same height.I checked the domain settings and these are as follows. So why is the HTML control taking so much height when it's not configured? 

Hi. I've exported a DEMO app and imported it into a new SF. When I wanted to deploy for the first time in the new environment, I get the following message on SQL server..  Where I would expect the SF to get into db/create .. because obviously this DB doesn't exist yet.   

Hello, On our project we want to add a custom component that is showing a Gantt chart with the data from a table, but also to be related with the selected row. In the documentation we found that is possible to load a website or a smaller piece of software, my question is which one is better to use on our case? For me it make sense to use a smaller piece of software but i was not sure how we can pass the parameters needed for our context. And if we are using a smaller piece of software how we can incorporate the .css, java script and other modules that are needed?

Hi, Is there a way to register failed logins (by logging this in IAM) and is it possible to lock accounts when failed logins are over a certain threshold (i.e. 3 failed logins and account is locked) when IAM is used for access control? This is without Windows Authentication and no RDBMS users/logins. rgds Ricky 

In an application, I have 5 tasks (icon + text (> text > icon)) in the task bar. In some cases, a 6th task is added. However, this will trigger the breakpoint, causing the tasks to be reduced to icons only. When selecting display type icon + text, the tasks are displayed in the overflow menu.Normal display Reduced display (icons only)Is it possible to alter the breakpoint values so the tasks will be displayed as icons + text?At 2428px the first breakpoint is triggered (text only). At 2116px the second breakpoint is triggered (icons only).

We expect the date picker to be always available based on the ‘Show action button’ setting of the associated domain set to “Always”.However this is not the case.Is there any other way to achieve this? 

Hi,I have a question about the state of prefilters.We recently upgraded to Universal 2024.2.12.3In Software factory I've a prefilter show_quo_act_shipments and the different states are all on On (see image 1).In a situation where a user logs in and opens the screen and then toggles off the prefilter, the same user closes the screen and then opens the screen again and the prefilter is still off. I would expect that the prefilter would be On because in Software factory it is On. It looks like it registers the user preferences and for other prefilters in the same screen it does the same and also for prefilters in other screens.Is this the intended behaviour for the prefilters ? I noticed that a lot of information is transmitted to sentry.io.I would like to have primary access to all the information registered about our users and the performance of our application. ( I should see the bugs first and then decide whether to escalate them to you ).Can you tell me how I can get access to this data?
