Hi Jheng,

It looks to me that it is reacting to very slow running badge requests.Badges are fetched asynchronous from the other content.

When you look with the developer panel (press F12) at the network tab, can you see requests called badge() with very long running times in the Time column? 

But from just your example here it is very hard to judge. I think it would be best to create a ticket and add a har file to it. You can export that from the network panel.

Here's the screenshot, but i will send a har file, looks like the badge count for the container is non stop changing from 1 (if the count is 1 from my sample)  and 0. 

This looks fine when looking at the response time. Is the badge response itself actual alternating between 1 and 0? Or is it consistently the same.

Sorry for late reply, the badge is not consistently the same. What I meant is, if the badge count is 5 then it will be alternating to 5 and 0, or if the badge count is 3 then it will be alternating 3 and 0, so the consistency here is the changing to 0. so badge count and 0.
