I have a scenario here, that the badge count becomes 0, but originally it has a value.
What could be the cause that the count becomes 0 from the tile main menu.
Big tiles - navigating big tiles will redirect to a page
Small tiles – are those open tiles
Main Menu Screen
Selecting the above Tile, example Big Tile 1, will display below screenshot, and each record once selected, the small tile on the ride side has Badge count that is changing accordingly
Tile 1 Page
The inside Tile has Badge count, but after clicking it, and go back to the main menu screen (the first screenshot) , the count become 0 in the main menu. Any of the 4 inside tiles, whenever we navigate and accessing it from main screen menu the count becomes 0. But from the Page (Tile 1 Page) it always has a value.
It is still unclear why it is not working as expected. Could you create a ticket for this in TCP? Please include all the previously provided information.
When I click one of the feature e.g. Tile 1 (from above screen), it will redirect to a new page → will show below screen.
As you can see, there's an Inside tile on the right side, and it shows a badge count, the first tile shows badge count 1
the screen type is a master_detail_vertical_tile
When I click on the Inside tile on the right side, it will redirect to another page → Inside tile
When I go back to main page, that is when clicking the 9 dot on the left
It will now show a small tile on top (this are those last page that you navigate). But the problem here is why the Badge count is 0, instead of 1 base on the item no. 2 above, there's a badge count 1
Please let me know what else I need to show, to troubleshoot this matter.
Could you provide the request URL for both badge requests?
Are the same subjects(variants) linked to the tiles?
/#application=6/subject=order_header/subjectVariant=agf, this is the URL going to the main page, and when I click the tiles (with the badges) on the left it is calling this page
Going back to the main page, still show the same url
It is still unclear why it is not working as expected. Could you create a ticket for this in TCP? Please include all the previously provided information.
Thank you!
