Why does my model require base model "Enrichtments" for certains tasks of the SF?

Upgraded to 2025.2 and encountered issues with the Task “Assign rights” under the roles: Another location was in our Base model which we use for the translations of de GUI objects for our 33 languages. The option to use the task “Translate using AI” seemed handy. The error appearing was the following: As this is a functionality of the SF, the though went to the direction of the base models of the SF itself, as the SF is developed in the SF.It turn out that I was wrong and my own Model requires the base model “Enrichtments” for these task to work. (Thanks to Thinkwise support to figure this out).Why make it so that the developer Model requires these for even a fundamental feature as assigning rights to roles? Why is this not part of the SF side of the model?In a work model I can accept it a bit more, but to require this in our base model just to use the AI method for translations, I kind of see it as polluting the model. Error writing code files

On Sept 10th, around 18:00 we got issues with the TSF generation, the Write code files to storage failed. Nothing was changed, we did earlier generations that day. No direct clues in Indicium found. Just a log entry Writing to storage failed because of an unknown error.Path: CENTER_PMS\1.00.032\Deploy\Install\010_Db.sql We tried to change the output location, same result. It failed for multiple projects. Restarted servers but nothing worked. Strange enough, we noticed that for example the document site from Thinkwise was also not available. Later that night I tried again, and strangely enough it worked again.Today Sept 15th, I have the same issue again. Write code files does not work anymore. Tried again different options, no success. I hope that it will resolve itself again…..Funny enough I see this message on the community website: "We are currently experience problems with user login”. Is that a coincidence? Field not cleared when showing error message

Hello, We are encountering an issue with a task where the default procedure applies a check on a field. If the condition is met, the field is set to NULL and an error message is raised using tsf_send_message with abort = 1. The problem is that, even though the field is set to NULL in the default template before the message is executed, the UI does not reflect this change immediately. The reset only becomes visible after the user clicks on Execute task. If we execute the message with abort = 0, another issue occurs: cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toString'). We wanted to avoid this message using abort = 1, but in this case the field reset is not applied. Do you have any idea on how to make sure reset is applied while still avoiding the above front-end error?   Thanks

Email connector saveToSentItems

Hi, I've created a process flow that sends emails using the email connector, which connects to Microsoft (Graph). The connector works fine, but the only thing I'm missing is the ability to save the emails to the "Sent Items" folder in the mailbox. Is there a way to modify the "saveToSentItems" attribute?

Debugging slow document previews

Hello CommunityI am currently working on debugging a slow “preview document” response and am not sure where to look for a root cause.I have a development server running on Azure and an acceptance server running locally on IIS. Azure serverIIS ServerThe azure response time is like 6 seconds while the IIS takes a minute. I am currently considering the following root causes:Some IIS setting is not set/optimalised  The machine the IIS is running on is not powerfull enough Some firewall is scanning the document I am however struggling to pinpoint the issue since the indicium and iis logs (inetpub → logs) dont show anything. Do you have any ideas?

Large amount of background requests running in a loop in the Universal GUI

I'm investigating performance issues we're having in the Universal GUI on some pages. One thing I noticed when checking the affected pages is the large amount of requests being fired constantly while the page is loaded. It's unclear to me why these requests are being fired in what seems to be a continues loop.When checking the Network tab in my browser it recorded over 500 requests in 23 seconds: Does anyone have a hint where I can find the source of these requests?

How tot use multiple selection per selection field

Currently using SAP ECC 6.0 but om track to a new application build in the SF, we are looking for an alternative for the functionality of multiple selections per selection field. This default SAP functionality gives users the possibility to add multiple values and/or ranges to include or exclude to a specific selection field. Values and ranges can be entered by hand, imported from a text-file or uploaded from the clipboard. Descriptions in Dutch and English are added as attachments.Suggestions are very welcome.

Decimal places in Cube - Values is not reflecting correctly

Hallo, Why is it the average with 2 decimal places is not capturing the exact decimals? are there any other settings? Below is the Cube setup  Below is the result in the portal, by right instead of 28.00 it should display 27.60, is there a way to capture the exact value instead of  being round up ?      Please advice Thank you

Show image in grid based on public URL in Universal GUI

How can I show an image in grid based on a public URL? I have a field with a varchar domain and UI control ‘Image link’. When configuring the storage location as storage type ‘AWS S3’ we get exactly what we want, however we want it to work using a public URL instead of an S3 bucket. We have tried ‘File system’ and setting the base path in the ‘path’ definition of the File System configuration. This does not show the image - see screenshot below. Unfortunately the indicium logs do not show anything related to fetching/showing the image/thumbnail. The developer tools show two requests related to the thumbnail. One does a count (no clue why) and the other seems to do something with filtering and returns the extracted file name from the URL and shows the indicator IsInvalid = TRUE probably meaning the file, url or request is invalid:URL:http://server_name/indicium/sf/1111/work_order_view.trade_work_order_kind_normal?useControlBasedFiltering=true&$filter=((subsidiary_id%20eq%201186)%20a

Properties background image 2025.2 web domains

What are the prerequisites for the background image using web domains? I am trying to upload our existing background image, but it fails to upload. If I reduce it's size to 100x79 pixels it is possible to upload, but a blurred image appears since it is resized.

Process Flow rights, checkbox Available not clear

 It is not clear on what the checkbox ‘Available’ depends. And there is the option ‘Make Available’ is also not visible when using the Grant task.Can someone explain this?

Refresh after closing modal

We try to get a detail screen refreshed after closing a modal document. Best way to link to helptext pages?

In the helptext I want to use hyperlinks to other helptext pages, so that users can easily navigate between related pages. However, the links use the application number (e.g. tsfhelp://helpindex:508/Welcome). When I omit the application number (e.g. tsfhelp://helpindex/Welcome), I found that the helptext doesn’t always use the helptext of the current application, but can instead display the helptext of a different application. Is there a way I can successfully link between helptext pages?

Drag & drop files - Unauthorized error

Hi A couple of weeks ago I implemented the following topic to work in my on premise application. When I tested the drag and drop functionality myself, everything worked fine. This week however, the tester ran into an unauthorized error. After some testing myself I found something weird.When I log into my application via: https://my-appl/universal and I try to upload a file I get the following error:However, when I log in via https://my-appl/indicium and then navigate to https://my-appl/universal my file is uploaded successfully:It seems like that logging in via the universal link doesnt give me the rights to upload a file, while logging into the indicium page does. On both pages, I log in with the same account, so there is no difference there. The upload URL that is used in the javescript code is https://my-appl/indicium/iam/appl/(table_refence). I am struggling to find where the problem lies. My guess is that this has something to do with the server settings of the on premise environm

Logging of API usage

Hi, We have several apps calling Indicium, and using the data. This works fine, but sometimes clients complain about performance. We have a feeling that someone is calling the endpoint a bit too often.. or requesting a bit too much data.What options do I have to see how often someone (an app) is calling certain endpoints, and at what moment? Thanks! Blommetje

Trouble with the pdf previewer & printer

For a label generating application I have created a screen on which the user can modify a label, and directly view a preview of the label. The label gets generated in a separate service (accessed via web connection).The problem is with the pdf display, it is using the default browser pdf viewer, which is not ideal. Some problems I've experienced with it so far are:On edge: the viewer has an editor built in, and on every refresh the displayed pdf becomes smaller (probably to do with the zoom level of the browser).  On brave: the left-side menu is open by default  On chrome: it's not that bad, but it still has much more than I'd like the user to see (download, print, zoom, rotate options). Example on chromeAlternatively I tried displaying the label as a png.This does remove all the extra functionalities we don't need in the preview, but for some reason I can't print a png using the printers in thinkwise, only pdf, is this really the case? So to summarize, 2 main questions:Can I display a

font in DEvX for richt text

hi all, we have several reports that are created in DevX. in some of these resports we use customer adjustable text from description column in customer company report setting table. i can change the font of all bands and content in DEvX and this all works fine, but somehow things change for the “rich text”. There the font chosen is ignored and it keeps spitting out times roman.does anyone know how to fix it, other than via hard coded scripting in template view report?in other words: i am looking for a devx solution.

Session expiration

Hello, is it possible to set the Session expiration for an OpenID provider, or stay logged in for longer than 30 minutes when using external OpenID provider. See above the screenshot of SF 2025.2, in which it is possible to set the expiration for the external provider. We are in the process of assessing our chances to upgrade to this new SF version. But for now we wish to have the `Stay signed in` option like logging in with the local account.
