I've implemented the new Toolbar component and the positioning works fine but I was wondering if the sizing of the icons will be supported.I can enter the icon size in the component:  It's also called ‘Action Bar’ in the list on the right, is that correct? (TaskTiles are called ‘Taak tegels’ there as well Ive noticed)

Since we upgraded to version 2023.2 we experience strange behaviour when navigating through rows in a grid using the keyboard arrows. Lets say we have a grid with orders with IDs, statuses and an order date. When we select the ID field of a row and go down with the keyboard arrow the next row is selected but all of a sudden that little border is around another column like the status column. Sometimes that border disappears completely.I’ve also noticed this behaviour in the Software Factory.Is there anything we can do about this? This was not a problem in the past.First the column ‘Control procedure’ is selectedThen going down once with keyboard arrow ‘Code group’ is selected instead of the next Control procedure column 

Hi All, We have an automated generate/deployment, but I’m running into some issues. We have .55 deployed. I expect .56 - with Data migration based on .55. However, for a reason unknown to me, it throws an error; (base64 decode) “Cannot create a deployment package because the version control source, MAIN > 2023-06-22 14:52 does not have an up-to-date program object archive. \r\n\r\nMake sure to generate definition and source code of MAIN - 2023-06-22 14:52 before continuing."How can I generate the Definition/Source for this version, without creation a new version? I’ve tried generating a version based on .54, but it create a new version. I’ve tried generating, removing, etc. When I set the Data Migration based on .54 its works. BUT of course the upgrade script will fail due to existing domains etc.  Currently we have these; In the past i could go back a version, re-generate that version, and all would be good. But with the new flow of working, I’m kinda lost. What to do?! Thanks!  Al

Hi,The topic is closed, but I can't quite figure it out. This topic; https://community.thinkwisesoftware.com/questions-conversations-78/universal-search-and-prefilter-in-screen-4095it says that the Toolbar should be there. My problem is still there, and I still have to solve it.But when I look here; https://community.thinkwisesoftware.com/product-updates/release-notes-universal-gui-2023-1-17-4124#New+screen+component:+ToolbarShould the SF support this from 2023.1I have SF 2023.1 with all the hotfixes. Here; that toolbar.Also, I can't find anything regarding this in the Docs. What am I missing? Hello,For a new functionality we need to edit the startup task that any new user will see. The task is set via an IAM startup task. Now that it needs to be edited we need to be able to debug it in the Software Factory using the universal GUI. Is this possible?

Hi, A consultant at the client side has created a User Group and added some roles. However, this constantly throws a Bad Request in IAM. I suspect that the cause is, that the user used an apostrophe.  WO’s Indicum Error log; ‘[ERR] Invalid OData URL. The path '"/usr_grp(tenant_id=1,usr_grp_id='WO%20-%20alle%20wo's%20minus%20instruction')/detail_ref_usr_grp_usr_grp_admin/badge()"' is invalid. (2f035637)Microsoft.OData.ODataException: Syntax error at position 45 in '(tenant_id=1,usr_grp_id='WO - alle wo's minus instruction')'.’I cannot rename the User Group (through IAM), the task won’t come up. It works ok on other user Groups. When removing the ‘ from the name, things worked ok (rename task, no bad request). Is this a known issue? Any way to prevent the end user from doing this? Now that I’ve renamed in usr_grp it through the Db, will this effect it’s functionality (since the ID has changed)?  This is now in a testing environment, but this is also in prod, and we don’t want to break th

I have an issue where I have 14 prefilters in a page and it collapses into vertical 3 dots when the page loads. Is there a way for us to prevent the prefilter bar from collapsing after a certain amount of prefilter icons being displayed? Can I use custom CSS? I also tried working with screen types where I added a prefilter bar under a taskbar to see if it would allow a secondary toolbar only for prefilters and I realized that universal GUI disregards prefilter bar or similar items, it seems this only works in web gui if I remember correctly.  

I tried to set up the “forgot password” function in IAM. So I filled in Global settings the email service and the IAM user has the function “change password” on. But I get some strange errors in the logs of Indicium after I use the forgot password function.

There is an issue in the Universal that makes preview URLs show up blank as per level 5 and down in a tree.  So up to the 4th level the previewer connected to the tree shows the content (a URL).. but deeper levels are shown as blank, like the URL is not passed on anymore.  What is the status of this issue that had another submitted issue already (see link). 

Hi,With the upgrade to Universal 2023.2.12, we face some strange issues in the list of a view.When we select some field in record x and with the arrow up or arrow down button we navigate to next record, then the focus of the field sometimes jumps to different column in the next record.So it is switching randomly between column 4, 3, 1, 2, 3, etc It is only not coming for all columns. For some columns, it works normally when navigate through the rows, the same column has still the focus. Any idea why this is happening and how it can be resolved? Thanks

Hi,One of our users reported that filtering does not work in the web GUI. It is possible to use the search bar, but they also want to filter per column. I might remember it incorrectly, but I thought that would be possible in the web GUI by using the quick filter. I’ve checked the documentation: https://docs.thinkwisesoftware.com/docs/user/universal#search-and-filter-barAnd it states the following:Is there another possibility to enable this type of filtering? Hi all,I recall there used to be an option to filter conversations on the community based on status, so that you would get only solved questions as search results when searching the archives, or conversely, browse unanswered questions to help where possible.Is that my memory playing games or is the functionality hidden in another place than where it used to be?

The 'suggestion contains' setting ensures that users can quickly find and choose a value for an input field. Currently only 8 lines are shown in the suggested values (using Windows GUI). Can we set this number (lines) somewhere?

We have developed a web service to offer specific datasets in JSON format to external parties. It works all fine, but error 404 occurs after a while and I have no idea what the reason could be. The Could it have something to do with the fact that we are still running over SF?Or because different users test with the same test account, in front of and behind a domain proxy?

I am trying out ‘Input Constraints’ but can't get it to workSetup in SF:Domain X of database type numeric(9,2)on which i have defined an input constraint of type SQL, timing: On change. Good day,We have a task to upload a file using the file upload component. When a file is being uploaded using this task we expect a progress bar to appear under the field where the name of the file is displayed. This worked on GUI version 2023.1.15.1.0Since GUI version 2023.2.10.0.0 the load bar does not appear anymore. This load bar was used to indicate the user that the file was uploading and that the following task could not be started yet. Now it looks like the following:The file upload pop upThe text of the file disappears for 50% and the load bar is not shown. The indication for the user is gone and now it's possible to accidentally hit the "execute” task before the file is fully uploaded. This could lead to improper processing of the file. Is this a bug in the latest version of the universal GUI?

We are trying to use the generated session variable: select SESSION_CONTEXT(N'guid') in Universal GUII’ve added it in a sample task that will show the generated guid but the returned value are only 1s and 0s for all users. Do I need to configure something in SF or IAM in order to display a different GUID for each tsf_user()? 

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to use the generated session variable: SESSION_CONTEXT(N'guid') globally, and the guid will not be stored in the database.We are creating an encryption & decryption task that will use the generated SESSION_CONTEXT(N'guid') of the logged in user as the password for their certificate and key. We have tried using the SESSION_CONTEXT(N'guid') on its own but upon generating the guid of the user this is the guid that was returned: (only 1s and 0s). We also tried logging in a different user and checking the GUID but the result is still the same. With that, we tried a different approach and created our own session_context (i.e SESSION_CONTEXT(N'dbo.tsf_user()')) inside a process flow. This new session_context will hold a generated guid using newid(). But we encountered an issue with this approach since the SESSION_CONTEXT(N'dbo.tsf_user()') is only accessible for that specific process flow and if we tried to call it in another process flow it retu

Hello!When adding/uploading documents via form the application go back to the previous directory. Our mechanics would like to make photos on site when machines are malfunctioning. Is there a possibility in the UGUI to activate the camera and choose a (server)location where to store the photo. Or use storage location where to find the photo ?
