When executing a some tasks I get the message “CLEAR PANEL”. What is causing this message? After clearing the message with “Informatiepaneel wissen” the panel is cleared and disappears. But the space that was used by the “Informatiepaneel” is not freed. So it is a lot of unused space. Is this a bug? I am using the web GUI version 2019.2.17.0.

Is there a way to suppress the application title on the webgui login page? I would like to use a logo only, but when I enter no value in the parameter ApplicationTitle it uses the default Thinkwise’'. I have tried the values No and None but they do not work.

Does anyone know why this tree structure shows up in a list. Which setting causes this behaviour? I don’t manage to get rid of it. I want to show the “opdracht” field the “deel” field and the “dagnummer” in a normal list and not some of a tree structure. It’s good to know that this behaviour shows up in our mobile menu started from the windows GUI. But in the mobile GUI the “dagnummer” shows up before the “Deel”.    

Are there options to control the excel import function per subject? What i would like to do is by default set the following options for 1 subject: tickbox for: import use clipboard (ticked) tickbox for: column names are translations (ticked)    

We have created a new screentype. At design the Available for user preferences is checked.   When we log in in the web version and open a previous designed screentype we have options to change it to other screen types   As you can see the new Screentype FF_detail_tiles is unavailable to choose. Also another problem is that when we set a specific table as default to the new screentype, another screentype can not be chosen

Hello, I'm not sure if it happened after the update to version 2020.1, but if I do a creation and I get the question if I want to copy project folder then no new version folder will be created. Permissions on the directory are correct. It is noticeable that in the "Copy project version" screen Project is empty and the version is set to 1.00. I can select the project and set the correct version number and all is being update except the creation of the new folder. What could be the cause of this?

Hi all, After upgrading to the 2020 we are unable to use the Indicium viewer anymore. Is this a known problem, or is there something wrong on my side?  

I can see in the session log who is logged in and when he/she has done this using what kind of software. Which is nice. But i have no idea how long this information will stay in this logging. Can anyone tell me how long the information in the session log will be saved? And is there a way to influence this period?

I'm trying to monitor or find out how to deal with 'test coverage' using unit tests in the SF. Let's say i'm having the subject "Project" with a number, description, start date and an end date. I have applied a constraint that the start date must be equal to or before the end date. To prevent the user of having an error message that makes no sense (*1 see image), I've added a default concept telling the user he's doing things that are not possible. For this default a unit test can be added. And also for other concepts (layouts, task etc.) unit tests can be created. I want to measure that all SQL code (logic) is tested properly. I'm wondering if there are any people here having experience with deploying the same application to different companies combined with the usage of the same IAM database. What we're doing is that we deliver the same application to multiple companies. Due to the pricing plan we apply we are in control of the amount of users and what modules (roles) we let them use. I currently don't know exactly how we could set up or use IAM to have one (only 1) system administrator per company that can manage their users, e.g. change permissions, but not adding new users or modules they don't have access to. When taking a look at the Administrator roles (https://docs.thinkwisesoftware.com/docs/iam/administrators.html) and trying them out, it looks to me that they don't really apply to us. I'm trying to update the Indicium Universal to 2020.1.5. When I try to run it (server/indicium/iam/iam) I get an http 500 error. While developing an app for the Thinkwise Mobile GUI, it would be nice to see the results in the viewer. I use the latest version of the viewer (2020.1.004), but I get the error message "There are no applications available”.   Indicium is running and the URL (that ends with /api/sf) returns:  SQLSERVER_SF: 2018.3 I assume that I need to do something in IAM. But what? I created a user “Uitvoerder” (for testing the app) and added this user in IAM (from the SF). I also linked the usergroup “sf_developers” to this user. The application pool user, used for Indicium, was also added to the usergroup “sf_developers” in IAM. But I keep on getting this error. Who can help me out here? What am I doing wrong?

The documentation about shortcuts tells me that you can press “Ctrl + Page up” and “Ctrl + Page down” for navigating between tabs. This works for the Windows client, but on Chrome this switches between tabs in the Chrome browser, Firefox ignores it. Did I find here a defect, or an exception for web browsers? The same for the shortcut Alt + 1, works on Windows switching back to the first tab (Grid or form), but doesn't in web. Also Ctrl + C doesn't work on the web, where it does on Windows. Ctrl + Shift should do ‘Automatic alignment of columns’ according to the docs. When I press it nothing happens. When I take a look a the context menu (right mouse click in grid) I see “Resize Columns (Ctrl + Shift + +). I think here's missing a + in the docs. The cube supports the chart types ‘Gantt2D’ and ‘GanttSideBySide2D'. Has anyone expierence with one of these charts? I'd like to know how I should setup the cube fields to show a Gantt-chart.  

When we try to execute a task on a Android device with Indicium 2020.1.006, the app draws the Execute and Cancel button somewhere in the middle of the input parameters. This does not happen in the Mobile GUI.    

Setting conditional formatting without setting a specific column and without condition is now only working in grids. It can be used to show a data in a grid with a different font. Unfortunately this is not working for the same table for fields in a form.  Why not?

Are there besides Anti-virus exclusions any best practices to optimize the speeds of a Thinkwise application? This could be on the cliënt and/or server side. For instance to increase the start of the application.

Hello, If you want to create a Process schedule in version 2020.1 and have selected "Once" at frequency type and you want to deploy this schedule to IAM it looks like the sync is crashing. But behind the GUI screen there may be a message that NULL is not allowed in column "occur_every_time_unit" in table IAM.dbo.process_flow_schedule. The reason for this is a difference in metadata between the SF and IAM for this column. In the SF, NULL is allowed. For now I changed properties of the column in IAM.
