Web GUI on Azure Web App platform 32 bit or 64 bit?

We run the software factory Web GUI on Azure Web App. Recently we scaled the App Service plan to an instance with 8 GB to address high memory usage issues.

The Web App platform is still configured as 32 bit.

Is there any need or advantage to switch the Web App platform to 64 bit for the Web GUI?

I’ve asked this question to a couple of my colleagues in our winweb team but there is no need or advantage for it as far as we know.
