I want to import a table (customers_table) from my main project (ProjectA) to a new project (ProjectB).What happen if I add some new fields in ProjectB? Should I sync in some way the table structure? Or every copy of  customers_table  has its own ‘life’ ?Regarding licensing model: customers_table on ProjectB and customers_table on ProjectA are considered as 1 (one) table?

I have a Program object in Functionality > Assigning that is marked with a red italic font.What does that tell me, and more importantly “how to fix it”? Would be nice if the help was a bit more helpfull 😇I did figure out that it helps to completely remove the assigned templates from this program object and re-assign them.But I havn't got a clue why I need to do that ;)

I got the message that the automatically generated follow-up process action variable was too long.The maximum is 128 charactersBut this name is automatically generated from the automatically generated name of the arrow/step in the processflow.Shouldn't that name be limited to 128 characters as well? That way this can never happen...

Hi,I am experiencing a problem with starting the Windows GUI with Clickstart on a shared network location.Because on my device, the network location is mapped to e.g. “M:\” and for another person this might be different, I am specifying the location of the Clickstarter as UNC path (“\\path-to-server”).However, when I do this, I get the error: could not find a part of the path (to file: "\\path-to-server\...\Thinkwise App\Cache\Images\SQLSERVER_SF_2021.3\Report\requirement_report_requirement_report.repx") when trying to start the ThinkWise application with Clickstart.I know the path is right, because it is able to find the clickstarter and the check for updates is triggered. Whenever I use the UNC path in my file explorer, the UNC path works as expected.Any idea what might be the issue? The path is quite long

 Hi team,I am facing the issue in “Execute Source Code” section at SF while running creation. Connect to DB button is disabled and I can’t proceed further in creation right now. Kindly update us what else can we do to resolve this issue. I have seen the other topic which was mentioned the query to resolve this issue. We have a customer with an external application that will be using our Thinkwise based application. From this external application they want to be able to directly open a Thinkwise document (of a specific type, with a specific id). Prerequisite of course is that the person needs to be authenticated first, but once authenticated it should be able to open the specific form.For the external application it will be possible to know the type (subject) and the id needed to reference the specific instance.Concrete example.:For their product development (system integrations) they use a system to manage the backlog and such. Within our system we provide customer focused service management using a ticketing system. From their backlog they want to be able to open the ticket that they reference in their backlog, preferably using somekind of url.We are using Universal for our Thinkwise product development. We are in the works of reworking our Azure deployment, cleaning up some of the mess we created while we where still learning etc.We are currently only using a single App Service instance, currently we have no reason to believe this will change soon. Still I was looking at implementing Redis Cache to be ready for the moment we would want to scale horizontally, are there any other benefits to the Redis Cache other than being able to do horizontal scaling?Maybe performance or sessions lasting through app service restarts? 

We have a client that uses openId. Unfortunatly the claims response doesn't provide all the information needed to be able to determine the user groups a user needs to have assigned. We need to make a call to another system to retrieve the information to determine this.For now we run the logic to determine this and adjust user groups when the user clicks a menu item. What we would like to do is run this logic as soon as possible after the login. Best would be before menu items are loaded.Is this possible? Or is there an alternative that we didn't think of?

Hi All,The Thinkwise Reporting Service generates an Image from the values in rpt_queue.Is it possible for DevExpress reports to give a resolution (dpi) for example 300 dpi for Image (PNG) in the table rpt_queue.In the DevExpress Report Designer if I do an export of IMAGE the default value for Resolution is 96 dpi but I want to send another dpi value when inserting into rpt_queue table. DevExpress Report Designer Image Export 

Hey all,I am having an issue.i concatenated a value with cubic meters but i am having an issue with displaying it in my grid.When i look at it in my local environment it displays correct:these are the values in my database:But when i deploy it, it looks like this: Any idea what could be causing the issue?

I am getting the following error after I changed a template, then I have to generate definition. When I try to do this I get the below error. When I create and generated code via deployment it works..What causes this?I'm on 2023.1, latest GUI and applied all hotfixes.

Hi, I have a view that calculates the total volume. The results on my machine in vscode and ssms are fine. Also, the local gui is fine, both web and universal.   However, in the web this happens; This also happens in the Universal gui. I suspect a local setting, since locally hosted (universal) and local win gui are fine. Not the most important , but it keeps me up at night.. .Perhaps a simple fix that  I've overlooked?Thanks ! Alexander

I've got a branch and a main, in the branch i've written functionality that's in need of an upgrade script. We're migrating some from a column that will be deleted during the upgrade to a new table, so therefore I need to assign it as a During upgrade script. Since after the first upgrade the column is deleted this script will cause future upgrades to fail, to prevent this I only want to execute this script when upgrading from our latest production version. To enable this, I've set Use upgrade logic to true for this version (in the main), this is having the desired result in the main, however in the branch these program objects are not showing up in the Assigning tab. What am I doing wrong? 

What is the current status of the Form List component in the Universal GUI.Is seems to work, but we get some errors, the screen becomes frozen, not always, but often, we cannot find a reason for this behavior.The Feature Matrix, says 'Work in Progress’, when can we expect the Form List to be 100% ready?

Hi, is it possible to set background the color a record during edit mode/or none edit mode. We want to have more visual cue in the fields. Can it be done with custom CSS?Idea is in non edit mode read only we want even the read only fields to be able to read them (grey on grey issue) and in EDIT mode to have a light yellowish/orange hue that tells we are in Edit mode.so, setting the color for each separate case will be useful.Grid in edit modeRead only fields are grey back ground and the characters are also grey

Hello,I have a task with one parameter (data type: date) and I want to have a condition on it to be a date smaller than another date from the table. Basically I have in a table 2 dates (a and b) and with the task I want to complete b date and this date to be smaller than a; and the user to not be able to select a date bigger than a. It is possible?
