Automatically expand validation errorsClosed

After validating definitions a usual result will be:Before continuing, I always want to be sure that any errors are insignificant (such as Control procedure is in development). Currently I would have to manually select the erroneous validation groups to see if it needs immediate attention or not.It would be nice if it was possible to automatically expand all erroneous validation groups to at least the next level.

Connect datapoints with lineOpen

I am running into a scenario where I want to show a graph for salary growth where 4 persons are shown at once. Horizontal axis I want the dates and on the vertical axis I want the amount they earn. Once somebody got a raise I want it to be represented on that date. For example, for one person it would look like this:  Once we add more collegues and fill the graph with more data we get empty fields, because not everybody gets a raise on the same date. This results in a graph that is scattered and has gaps. I know in excel you can connect these gaps in graphs (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/display-empty-cells-null-n-a-values-and-hidden-worksheet-data-in-a-chart-a1ee6f0c-192f-4248-abeb-9ca49cb92274) It would be awesome if we could connect the dots like this in Thinkwise as well.

Change UI lookup joins to inner join when field is mandatoryClosed

Currently in our UI's if you create a table or view and include this column in the sorting the UI will create a left join to the lookup table. This is required to create the proper sortation. Obviously a left join is often not preferred. It should be an inner join, otherwise the query will not use the index.I understand that sometimes setting up this join as an inner is not possible, because if the join would return no value then the row itself would not be visible.Therefor I think the following solution would be perfect:If a column is not mandatory, the UI should always use left joins.If a column is mandatory, the UI should always use inner joins. However in the SF model it is possible to still mark the column as “use left join on lookup”. This is required when the lookup itself is a view that sometimes might not return any record.By changing this, the overall performance of all application will increase.

Expand sync iam target connections to make DTAP possibleOpen

Now that there is the option to save connections to target IAM databases/servers there is also the opportunity to introduce a proper DTAP environment. When setting up a target IAM you should have the option to select if this is a production/test/develop/acceptance environment. Each type should have it’s own set of options, for example:  - Activate default system flows (you only want to do this on production in most cases). - Environment specific File storage locations.- Deactivate certain tasks that are not allowed to run on test/acceptance.

Add aggregate queries to debug screenOpen

We recently discovered that the start-up speed of (grid) screens is partly determined by columns on which an aggregation has been set.Via Query Performance Insight of the database dashboard in Azure I found out that the aggregates are retrieved from the database with their own query.It would be highly desirable to make these queries visible in the Debug screen as well, so performance issues can be resolved more efficient.

Hi,It would be great if there was an option to allow the menu to be automatically expanded to show all active groups or specific groups.Eg. I want only Main group to be expanded but not the other groups in the menu.

Catch status code when SMTP-connector fails to find an attachmentOpen

Currently i am working on a system flow that processes a mail queue with attachments. The current SMTP-connector can give the following status codes as output. It would be nice if it can also output if it fails to find an attachment. That way I can get rid of custom file exists functions.   This is the message that Indicium currently gives when I provide an invalid attachment path:

Automatic data conversion on rename of columnClosed

When renaming a column the column is treated as a new column. Meaning it will get the default value and not the old value of the previous column. To make the rename complete you have to also setup the data conversion to the old column. Please make the data conversion automatic (set the old column) on a rename since this is the expected behavior of a rename action.

Processflow starting point enhancementOpen

We have the following problem: We have a screen that looks like this Branding(1) à lis_view_selection_header(2.detail of branding) à lis_sector(3.detail of lis_view_selection_header)  Now we have the following problem: When filtering on a value in lis_sector(3) and then switching records in lis_view_selection_header(2), the filter remains, which is now trying to filter on a value that is no longer necessary. So we want to empty this filter when they switch rows in lis_view_selection_header(2) . To empty this filter, we tried to create a process flow that when they select a row in lis_view_selection_header(2) throws the filter empty. For this we have already tested a number of process action types but without success, the process flow does not start. I would have expected the 'activate document' or 'activate detail' type on lis_view_selection_header(2) to work here.

Detail tiles improvements (visibility and target)Open

HI. I think the detail tiles can be better:The target of the detail tile, I would like to have the option to open new document (what it's doing now) or zoom (I guess in Universal it's a popup/modal)..  The latter is missing to quickly see a detail and then just close the popup and go back to your main context.  And, this spans out to the detail-tabs as well, the visibility of the detail could be part of the model, where you can have the option to automatically hide the detail (tile) when there is no detail information. The model contains already the necessary information to check this.

Synonym list for Excel import.Open

Hi Community,I would like to add a synonym list to my table columns so that they get recognized when an Excel document is imported. Now some columns don't get recognized when they are not exactly the same.

Show domain in the Path LocationCompleted

Hi,Sometimes it can be useful to see the Domain used for the column. For instance, when using Elements, and you want to change something. Can this perhaps be added in the Path Location?

Keep group togetherOpen

  It would be very nice if the GUI tries to keep fields belonging to a group together. Such as the option 'Keep together' in various reporting tools. Now it may happen that only the group header and the first field stay at the bottom of the form and the remaining group members are being moved to the next column or tab, while there is plenty space in next column.

Add Licensing access test to indicium deployerOpen

The current deployer checks several things for indicium if IIS is present, .net core hosting etc. It would be great to also have a check if the licensing page is accessible. More often then not this is not the case. It would spare a lot of time during deployment if this could be checked with the deployer.

Exact search via Combined filterOpen

The filter bar searches for exact matches with substrings of searchable values in the table (where value like ‘%search%’). In most cases that is the desired behavior. However in one particular screen we would like to be able to insert the id of a record and only show that one record (where value = ‘search’). The reason for that is it greatly enhances performance. If a quick filter is applied also the same select statement goes down from 1529 ms to 3 ms. This means a refresh of the entire screen would take 1,5 seconds less than it does at the moment. Refreshes are frequent in this screen.May I suggest a new setting for a filter bar to make this possible? This way a search would perform just a well as a quick filter.

Show ID or look-up on tab when subject is open more than onceOpen

Right now you are able to open the same subject more than once, by pressing CTRL or SHIFT and clicking the same subject from the menu to open it another time. However, these tabs look exactly identical to each other which can cause unnecessary clicks and frustration with the user to find the data they need.Additional functionality or option to the badges concept could be showing an ID or table look-up on where the document is focused on. This way you can easily identify which item (eg. files) you are working on.Example:Suggestion on how it could look likeTo prevent confusion with the badges concept and the number that is displayed after the subject with '(#)' I would suggest using a different divider like | or -Hopefully this would be a great addition to the GUI.

Maps support for rotate/transform markersOpen

We would like to be able to rotate Markers on the Maps component, ideally based on a column value in the Maps view. This allows us to display our vessels in the exact direction they are heading (now they all sail east):An alternative solution would be for us to use custom CSS, but due to the fact that the CSS transform property is already used by the default Maps component, we don't seem to be able to do that at the moment.

Copy all references when copying tableMerged

When using task copy_tab in the SF it would be great if all references were also copied.  When for example a table is copied to a view or a different table, it is quite a hassle to manually add all references. This could easily be done (just change the name of the reference)

Configure details to include in the copy of a tableMerged

The Software Factory has an option that allows you to copy a table. At the moment this tasks copies the table and some settings made to this table. I personally use this option quite often. I would really like to be able to configure which details of the table I would like to include in this copy option.For example allow me to copy the grid, form, prefilters, conditional layouts. But also allow me to copy all detail tables and assigned code templates.This could be implemented with checkboxes for all of the items that you could include in the copy action. If you enable the checkbox, these details will be copied, if you disable the checkbox, this detail will not be copied.

Make font size adjustable in Universal GUIOn the backlog

With release 2021.2.16 the compact and comfortable mode have been introduced to the Universal GUI. The point size of the fonts has been reduced from 16px to 14px.On mobile devices, this point size is too small for many users. At the moment (as far as we know) it is not possible to set the font size from SF.Can this font size therefore be made adjustable for the Universal GUI?From a user's point of view, it is desirable to use a different font size for mobile devices than, for example, when using a desktop.
