I’ve maganged to setup the connection to the Exact Online API from postman.Now I try to setup the connection from the SF but we running into an invalid_request error as a result.I’ve used the same input variables and keys, so at the moment I’ve not a clue why this result is happening: Has anybody in the community succesfully connected to the Exact Online API.

We created a call and made it fit our needs using Postman.We configured and use all the right credentials (client ID, tenant ID and client secret) for token generation. Actually, we created a call for getting data, and one for patching data. The call types are, of course, get and patch respectively. All calls are successful, and perform as expected, using Postman.Next, we went to our Software Factory, to make Thinkwise perform the same calls. Using a process flow, we make the proper call, the same as we did using Postman.We get a correct token in Thinkwise. When we copy this token from the debugger, and check it with jwt.ms, we get a valid token. In fact, when we use this token in Postman to make calls, it works perfectly. Every now and then I have a system flow that does not get abandoned, whilst it should. For example last weekend we had a flow that kept on running but threw an error somewhere. There seems to be no other way to force cancel it than rebooting the server. I did however find this documentation: https://docs.thinkwisesoftware.com/docs/indicium/process_flows But I couldn't get it to work. DELETE/iam/appl/{process_flow_id}({id})/I figured appl would be my app id or short name (in my case: 12 or pp) and {process_flow_id} would be ‘flow_export_messages’ (for example)What is the {id} that the documentation is referring to?
Hi. We haven an App with a dashboard, and this dashboard has it's own subdomain like the app is hosted on app.domain.ext with a dashboard on dashboard.app.domain.ext. I've added both URLS to Indicium allowed origins.. but it gets blocked by the way the frame is setup. Refused to display 'https://dashboard.esm.app.br/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.Any ideas on this?CC: @Yara
I have a question regarding the (error)logs from indicium and indicium legacy. It is really easy to look into the indicium logs via the HTMLpage: However, the error logs for Legacy are not available in the same way. Is it possible for TW to create a link via the HTMLpage? (TW_att_1 and TW_att_2)Also, how can we enable the logs on the legacy server? (TW_att_3) For us it is pretty complicated to access the windows logs and only 2 people are able to access it. The most errors for us happen on Legacy, so we want to be able to see those logs easily instead of using the windows logs. Kind regards, Loes

We are getting errors on our Indicium when executing process flows, it seems that Indicium opens a SQL connection for every scheduled process flow.On paper this sounds not to bad but our development environment we run into the limitations of Azure SQL. Azure SQL only has a limited amount of open connections which we are running into on our current tier (which is for all other metrics plenty). Currently it results in SQL errors regarding to many open connections.It also seems a bit strange to have constant open connections even for process flows that might only run once per day, week or even less.
Hi!I want to generate reports and save them locally. One process flow fetches the shipping_order_id from the table and sends it to my system flow which consists (more specifically: consisted) the generate report and write file process actions.This actually worked a while ago. I tested the processes with Postman and variable shipping_order_ids and still get the HTTP response 204.A decision is used to log the output of the process action and the variable shipping_order_ids. I ‘dissected’ the entire system flow until I came to the conclusion that the generate report process action was not outputting anything.
Hi all, I'm helping a customer migrating from Windows GUI on 2018.x to Universal on 2022+They are super happy with the looks of the new platform, but are held back by their reports in Crystal Reports. I am compiling a list of alternatives for them with their pros and cons. We have access to at least eight options in the SF, but documentation seems lacking on which options are (explicitly) compatible with Universal/Indicium. Of Devexpress and Inet Reports I know that they can import Crystal Reports report definitions, which is of benefit of course. Are there easy migration paths for the other reporting options? Which are supported in Universal/Indicium? Thanks for your thoughts and experiences!
Hi. I think something is going not completely right with the systemflow. Why does the scheduling keep ending up in an error. Hi, I’m running into some things with Indicium I don’t understand. We have some dev environments - all copies from each other and we want to use an API for a patch-request. We have an All Rights users. Every environment has its own Indicium. In 1 everything works fine, in 1 some columns in Table Item give a 401 or 403, but table Activity works fine. But then in number 3 Activity throws a 403 but Item is fine. So, it feels a bit random. All have the same version, upgraded to last versions of Indicium. A GET works fine, a Patch is denied. I have no errors in the Indicium log. How can I debug this? And, what can cause this? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks, Alexander
When generating a report in a system flow and using the report data stream as input for a write file connector the resulting PDF file produces an invalid colorspace error when opening in Acrobat Reader.I’ve already tried several settings such as ANSI encoding in the write file connector without preamble. Notepad++ confirms that the file is indeed saved in ANSI. The file starts with a readable PDF header just like any other PDF file.The same report produces working PDF files in another regular (non-system) process flow.How can I produce working PDF files in a system flow?
After installing the .NET 6.0 hosting bundle and running the Deployer to install Indicium, it keeps complaining that the runtime is missing, even after rebooting.The Deployer also claims I should be able to perform the deployment but the button is greyed out so I would have to do it manually…What’s going on here? Do I need a different version?

We have some troubles with the automatic license renewal. All environments are registered and running on IAM 2020.2. The application pool has the correct settings; always running and idle timeout 0. However, every 2 months we have to start the indicium manually to retrieve the correct license. What are we missing?
Recently we've upgraded to SF2023.1 (with all hotfixes including 202300116 - Subrouting option copying from base models’ applied). Everything went well and we done some model generations with this version of the SF.However, after merging a branch recently, we’re facing an error during the execution of the functions. The creation of the function ‘tsf_original_login’ fails because the script contains duplicate lines for ‘returns varchar(128)’ and ‘with schemabinding’ How to solve this? Any help would be appreciated.

While testing the client found an interesting flow concerning login and password recovery that is undesirable.Happy flowIn the universal interface, the user clicks the password recovery link. The browser is redirected to the indicium interface. The user enters their username/email and a token gets sent out. The user enters the token and new password en hits enter. The user enters a username and password to log in. The user enters their email TOTP token. The user gets redirected to the universal interface.What happened during testing?Somehow the client manually went back to the indicium interface. And started the password recovery there. The process worked the same except he didn't get redirected to the universal interface as no redirect URL was available. After i did some debugging I see that the Write File process action now is returning a status code of ‘-4’ however I cannot find any documentation on what this status code means.
