For a project I'm using Android scanners to scan barcodes. When I tap on a field where the domain has the control barcode, the keyboard pops up like with any regular field. Is it possible to refrain the keyboard from popping up?

Does anybody know (if possible) how to deploy 2-way authentication via the WEB-login? Like SMS-passcode or Google authenticator?

There are two options: 'directly' or 'advanced options'. Choosing 'directly' causes rows from 15 and 30 (and more... ?) height depending of the content of a cell. To avoid this you need to choose for 'advanced' and set 'Tekstterugloop' off. Apparently this setting is 'on' when you choose 'directly'. Is it possible to change this setting to avoid choosing 'advanced' because of the 3 follow-up screens you have to skip before you can choose 'Voltooien' ? While implementing an application I have the following challenge: I want to change the look-up of a specific field for a variant separately from the default setting for this subject. Unfortunately the custom look-up is disabled and greyed out in the variant settings. Is there a possibility to change it separately for each variant? We like to show the contents of interface messages in a previewer control. I found out that this is possible with an expression field, with the formula like below and use a domain with control type HTML. ' body { font-family: Calibri, Tahoma, Arial; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; } ' + REPLACE(REPLACE(REPLACE(t1.message_body, '<', '<'), '>', '>'), CHAR(10), ' ') + ' ' It is nice, but it does not fully give the desired output. Any suggestions?

Hello, I have a column in a table with a translation object created for this column. If I open the table in Windows it displays the correct name for the column. If I open the same screen in a mobile app it doesn't show the correct name but shows the original field name. All the other fields are translated well. I don't use a tab variant for this table. Is there an option to add the translation object for the mobile app as well?

We are working on a project, where we have to create a calendar with months and respective weeks (Similar to resource scheduler). -Similar to Excel as we can assign work on the specific cell with conditional colors or typing.

How can I get rid of white space behind fields in tasks?

Hi, We have a situation where a 'suggestion-contains' control has a lookup with a couple of prefilters. Now when one of the prefilters is active, the lookup (with the pop-up closed) still only shows items within the prefilter. This feels a bit counter-intuitive, because every time I want an item belonging to another prefilter, I need to open the pop-up and change the prefilters. Is there something I can do to reset the filters every time the pop-up is closed? Thanks.

I am getting data type conflict while saving data below is the query I got when I tried to debug

During the upcycling of an application I got to the following problem: The views has been transferred from the upcycling database into the SF correctly but all the programmed logic behind it so the SQL queries hasn't. What I can do is copy the queries manually from the views in the upcycled database into the SF to make it run there. This is a proper solution if there are only some views. But in my case there are many of them, more than a hundred. Is there any possibility to do this automatically f. e. with a script? That would help a lot!

Hi guys or girls, I just enrolled this course and passed the test but did not get a full score of 120. I figure that most of the questions are the way you see your vision about the topics that were questioned. I like to understand that vision as mentioned in the test. To get a better understanding on said vision I'd like to see what I've answered wrong or differently as evaluated. Can you provide me with the questions and answers that I've answered wrong and give me a direction on what the right answer was or would be? rgds Ricky Gijs?

Can I disable this feature? When I want to copy a value from a not selected column on a detail tab. I double click it to select and then fully select the value present in the column on a detail tab. But sadly if I'm too fast in doing that, the GUI opens a tab page for me. See: I want to copy an artist person name, so I double click it fast. Then it does this: I would like to be able to disable this feature if possible

Thinkwise documentation recommends using SVG icons because of their scalability. Once I read this I immediately switched to the SVG format and our application is now full of them. They indeed render great and are also very easy to customize with tools such as Inkscape. The readability of the format also makes it a great candidate for scripting leading to more dynamic icons instead of just static ones. SVG seems the way to go for any gui. The problem though is that, for us at least, they often don't render well in the web application. They do appear and every button with an SVG icon works so there are no functionality issues. However they often miss color and appear in shades of grey. Here's an example: [img]https://uploads-eu-west-1.insided.com/thinkwise-en/attachment/4a78c19b-8db9-43e4-ad51-1

Like the title says, can this be a '>' no matter when I'm looking or editing my topic? The '>' confused me in thinking my description wasn't correct. I think inSided can only change it since it's their product

We just upgraded to version 2019.1 and I immediately tested the new sorted combo in one of our tables. However it doesn't work and despite setting the lookup as 'sorted' the drop-down still appears alphabetical. I followed these steps: First I set a default sort on the lookup table: This table holds sizes with an ID and a description where the sizes are sorted by a sorting column called "weergave_volgorde", for example to show sizes in the order of S, M and L (with corresponding order values of 1, 2 and 3). This sorting column is part of the default sort. I also tried sorting on this column alone with the same result. Then I set the following lookup: Where vw_maat is the lookup table in the previous image. As you can see I set the look-up control to a sort

People make mistakes, sometimes small, sometimes big. I would like to be able to change the title of my Community topics in case I make a mistake. Even if I'm only able to change it within 10 minutes after posting. Could it be made possible?

When we use the preview component in the web GUI we don' t get the result we expect. Instead we get an error which we can't explain. Do we need to adjust some security settings? To me it looks like the preview component needs to access local file storage.

I read in the documentation about displaying a coordinate on a map component. I would like to have the user select a point on a map and then use this coordinate as input data in a coordinate column. Questions:

Would something like this be possible "out-of-the-box" in the SF using the maps extension?
Is there except for the paragraph in the documentation some additional documentation about this?
Any help is apprecciated. Regards, Dennis.

I have a few name fields that are all UPPERCASE. In the SF you have a few places where you can choose a case type, eg. Upper case, Lower case, Initial Caps and Proper case. How does this work? I have opted for Initial Caps at the subject and at the domain, but nothing changes the output. Basically two questions:

How do I format these name fields so they show up with initial caps?
What is the difference between Initial Caps and Proper case?
For a Demo App, I am trying to integrate the Maps component. However I am getting an error, any ideas where to look for solutions? It's a 404 error. The documentation for me is not sufficient to know where to look for possible answer to this error. In the releasenotes of SF 2019.1 is mentioned that Table Valued CLR functions are now supported. So I tried to convert a script of a CLR function to the 'Subroutine' option in TSF. The original code sets the 'internal' subroutine id as 'call_web' and the external name as 'CallWeb' If the subroutine is created via the TSF the subroutine_id is used as the internal and external name. When I generate the source code and open the source code file of 'clr_functions' I see the following query: Is is possible to use a different between internal and external names? It feels wrong to use the external C# function name as internal name. The syntax deviates from all other procedure/subroutine names in our project.
