Hey Freddy, Thanks for your answer. Do you mean that you don’t know how to register an appplication in Azure and how you can get the client_id and the client secret?In that case you could follow the following step:https://docs.thinkwisesoftware.com/docs/deployment/scaling-indicium#create-a-new-app-registrationYou can skip step 2.Once the app is created you can see its Client ID and Secret in the app overview. This values can be entered in the task popup in IAM.Hope this helps.Roel

Good morning Freddy and Dennis, The email client can be configured in IAM in the ‘Global Settings’ Screen. From there you can go to the ‘ Email Providers’ and run the task ‘Switch email provider type’. In the parameter dialog you can enter the MS Graph settings and this should be enough to get it working. The documentation could be more clear about this so i will send them a notification :)If you still cannot get it to work please let me know.Kind Regards,Roel

Expired password token

Hello,Password reset tokens and 2FA tokens that are sent by email are valid for roughly 9 minutes. 2FA tokens that use TOTP are valid for roughly 90 seconds.Indicium uses the ASP.NET Core Identity framework for user management and authentication and these values are determined by Microsoft and hardcoded into the token providers that are used by default (by email, by totp). As it is, these are not configurable for us and we feel that it would be unwise to deviate from these token providers. In general it's not a very good idea to increase the lifetime of these tokens by a lot for security reasons.Is there a specific problem you are running into regarding the lifetime of the tokens? Seamless synchronization with Microsoft Graph

This is great. Is there a time schedule for releasing the additional resources? Hey Hugo, No specific date is available yet but we are planning on continuing with the other resources within the near future, starting with emails and attachments. We are also looking into the possibility of using subscriptions which enables push updates from the Microsoft Cloud (same as streaming notifications) in stead of pulling every x minutes. Anyone has Instructions for Moving Web GUI Scheduler to Universal Scheduler ?

Hello, Unfortunately the scheduler in the Universal GUI is based on new concepts and is incompatible with the Windows and Web GUI extender settings. So a re-implementation is indeed needed to get a scheduler running in the Universal GUI. A new Screen called 'Schedulers’ became available in the 2023.1 SF where this new scheduler can be configured. KDIFF3 does not open

Hello Ruud, Can you verify that the executable name of your KDiff3 is 'kdiff3.exe’? The Windows GUI looks for this executable name explicitly. When I install KDiff3 as normal it ends up in 'C:\Program Files\KDiff3\kdiff3.exe’ and it works immediately when I try a template diff in the SF. Kind Regards,Roel

The "Write file" process action writes the contents of a varbinary(max) process variable encoded as Base64, but only when Indicium is in charge.

Hello, This is a Windows GUI issue where the returned base64 is not correctly converted to a byte array before the Write File action is executed.It would be nice if you could submit a ticket in TCP so we can plan and resolve this matter asap. Kind Regards,Roel

Resource scheduler - delete appointment

Hey Matteo, Yes, it can only be done in the IAM Global Settings for now. Ideally this setting would indeed be in the extender settings next to the other appointment tasks. But upgrading these extender settings is harder than it seems so for now this is what it is.So these settings have to be added in all of your customer IAM's. To make this easier you could write SQL code for this in the Post Sync script which is executed after synchronizing to IAM. This can be added in the 'Post synchronization code’ tab under Deployment Package in IAM, e.g. insert global_configuration_extended_property( global_configuration_id, extended_property_id, property_value)select 'default', 'DeleteAppointmentTaskScheduler', '<task_name>'where not exists( select 1 from global_configuration_extended_property where global_configuration_id = 'default' and extended_property_id = 'DeleteAppointmentTaskScheduler') The <task_name> can of course differ for each customer and also the implementation

Resource scheduler - delete appointment

Hello Matteo, There is an extended property for this called DeleteAppointmentTaskScheduler to which you can assign the name of the task that has to be executed. It is a Global Settings extended property so this task will be the same for every scheduler you may use. Hope this helps! Kind Regards,Roel

How do I by default zoom out resource scheduler when opening for the first time (in Web GUI)

Hello Jefferson, This issue is fixed from SF versions 2021.3 and above. From then on the control type is no longer a boolean but an integer. So the only way to fix this is to upgrade to a newer SF version. If you do so I would recommend to upgrade to the latest SF version, which has the newest features and will give you the least problems. Downside of this solution is that the configured extender settings are stored in an xml format and are not updated with the upgrade. This means the old settings (with the boolean) will be kept in tact. You have to add a new scheduler extender and copy all the settings from the old one to the new one. In the new extender settings you will then be able to set the right integer for the web zoom factor you desire. Hope this helps. Kind Regards,Roel

View type Full Week for Resource scheduler (Windows & Web)Completed

The feature has been implemented in the GUI and can be used from the upcoming GUI release 2021.2.17.Because this also includes a change in the SF this feature will officially be available with the next version of the SF, which will be 2020.3. If you wish to use the feature with the upcoming GUI release you can add a row in the table ‘extender_enum_value’ which is in the SF. The value has to be 7 for the Full Week view type

How can I set the date for the date picker in the scheduler?

Hey André,There is no simple way of doing this for now. For another customer we created a task on the row in the external grid, which saved the date in a separate table. After the task a processflow started to navigate to a different document which had the scheduler on it. Once activated the scheduler has a custom method which is executed, retrieving the stored date and navigates to it.Two things that would not make this work for you are; 1. It does not work on the same screen, the processflow will try and navigate to the document, sees that it is already open and stops the processflow, so the custom method is not executed. 2. You do not currently have a custom scheduler, only an extender, which is something else.Our plan is to implement new processflow actions like ActivateScheduler and ActivateMaps, and later on even more components to activate. For now we plan on implementing this for the 2021.3 SF version, which may take a while.If you would like to achieve this functionality faste
