Data type: BIT + Control: Image comboCompleted

Hi!I recently found out that the combination of a BIT datatype and an Image combo does not work.It does work with the different int data types, but not as BIT.I thought it would be a good little addition! Current situation

Review code per template instead of per control procedureMerged

With regards to a previous topic, Code review items per template | Thinkwise Community (thinkwisesoftware.com), I would like to repost this idea.The desire to have a review per template still is present. The comment suggest that it is an improvement to be able to comment the code per template, but that always has been possible with a little bit of effort by simply naming the template before you mention your comments. The real issue is that you are not able to approve or reject a single template, but you always have to reject the whole control procedure. I really would like to see a finer solution to reviewing items in the software factory. In addition to templates we would also like to be able to review expression fields, prefilters and also unit tests.

IAM - Change user configurationOpen

This idea is created from this question.Currently in the IAM you are able to set the following on user-level:https://docs.thinkwisesoftware.com/docs/iam/users#configure-user-preferences Select a Configuration or create a new configuration using the pop-up. Available configurations are: None - No user preferences are stored and the user preferences ribbon is hidden. Resize - Users can collapse and expand their menu and ribbon. Furthermore, they can change the sort sequence and column width in a grid view. Move - Resize plus the option to configure their own start objects and set the sort sequence of all subjects. OnOff - All options except for changing screen types. Complete - All user preferences options are available to the user. The idea consists of 2 parts:No more ‘grouped’ options. Get more control over the separate features you want the user the be able to access. For example: - Change screentype yes/no - Toggle Details yes/no - User defined prefilters yes/no - List yes/no etc.   Be able to set these settings on a group-level too instead of just user-level, where the leading configuration is derived from all configurations combined (like with role access).

Ability to hide column in UniversalCompleted

We would like some functionality in Universal which makes it possible for a user to hide columns/groups of columns in their view.Are there any plans for implementing such functionality and if not, is this a possibility?

When adding new functionality and you skip the tab "Templates", by default a (New) template will be added with content:INSERT CODE HERE I feel it is better to put double hyphens before this autogenerated script to make it as a comment. Currently it will generate incorrect code and is reason for aborting the code execution to the DTAP environments.

Adding a context menu in Universal GUIMerged

For our projects we use a lot of tasks that are simultaniously displayed on the user's screen.To clean up our application we would like to use a contextmenu in the Universal GUI, like the contextmenu in the Windows GUI.We would like the addition of a contextmenu in the Universal GUI, to make tasks available in the contextmenu so we can  clean up the rest of the application, and to use the extra functionality that comes with the contextmenu.

Renaming table is not case sensitiveOn the backlog

See screenshots and title, a very simple rename where you want to remove a capital letter in the SF.This is very small but annoying bug since this might happen when you accidentally start with a capital letter.You now have to either delete the table and create a new one, or rename it to something different and then rename it back to the original name without the capital letter.

Data model - Tables - filter on DesignOpen

In Data model one can make  a design and if you then go to tables one see all tables. You can use a filter but I would like an option to see in tables only the tables that are selected in Design.

Control procedure status & developer change after change madeOpen

I would like the Software Factory to automatically change the fields status and developer when someone makes any adjustment to the templates of this control procedure (or changes the code the the control procedure). Currently when a control procedure is submitted for review a user can still make changes to it and it's templates. If you do so, the Software Factory will create a changelog comment. I do not find this suitable.If someone makes a change to it, the control procedure should be set to status development and the developer should be set to the one that made the last change. It should not create such a changelog comment line.If this is to complex, then lock a control procedure when it is set for review. This means that the developer will have to manually set it to the status development (also set the developer column to the person that is executing the task to set it to development).This will be of great help in the process of making changes to templates combined with reviewing them.

Give warning when editing Templates that is in Review statusMerged

When I am editing a template that is in Review status there is automatically an comment added like ‘The template '' was inserted by after the changelog was submitted for review.’I would like to get a warning before I can edit this template. In this warning I would like to have the option to change the status to ‘Development’

Add templates with modification options to Code OverviewCompleted

Changing and finding certain objects currently is a hassle. If the template is not the object name you have to go to Code Overview find the object, go back to functionality find the control procedure and change the template. When multiple templates are assigned you might have to repeat this process several times. Or when you have to change multiple objects on the same main object (table/task etc.) Code Overview is a perfect way to get insight in the available objects. Why not give the option to modify the templates directly on this screen, or have a link to the functionality screen? This would save a lot of time and clicking between screens.  This also makes programming easier since I often have to change the trigger, ctx, layout etc.. on the same object.

hi,Can you please standardise the use of folders and files in process action? Relative or absolute path, with or without a backslash, with or without storage location.. Show lookup deactivated by default on a view referenceClosed

Currently when creating a reference the lookup checkbox is activated by default. For a table this makes sense. For a view I believe this should not be the default. From a performance perspective it's better to directly get the value you need instead of getting the ID and using a lookup to get the value. When using a lookup on a view this should be a careful decision instead of the default.

GUI - 'drop context'Closed

Quite often after applying a filter, or modifying a record in a filtered list, I get the offer to open the record in a new document. Great, and really helpful.The drawback is that I almost as often like to reuse that document and apply another filter (it's open anyway, so why close it and open it again?)That's a no-go of course: invisible for the users at home, the GUI has cocooned that single record in its own context, and any changes in the applied filter will only make that record become invisible.To me it is not quite clear what indicator the GUI gives to let me know that this record is the result of “this record can not be shown due to applied filters, open in new document”.  If it is not too much of a trouble, I'd propose these extensions to the GUI:An indicator that this record is cocooned in its own context so that it is clear to the user why nothing is shown after applying a filter where results are expected A button to release the context, so that the document is available for general use so that it is not necessary to close one document and ctrl+click to open a duplicate document and wait for it to open

Possibility to select no rows in a treelistClosed

Good day,We would like to have a possibility exists to select no row in a treelist (webGUI) Explanation:Right now, when a user opens a screen, the first row is selected by default.This is not always desirable for our customers. Let me explain this in a use case: Project structure: a tree listThe + button at the left side creates a new project one level beneath of the project that is currently selected.However, because the first row is selected by default, it is never possible for customers to create a project on the same level as the project that is currently selected. Kind regards,Ronald

Hi,When calling a message with the “exec tsf_send_message” in a control procedure (i.e. default) you get a nicely styled message box.  styled popup messageHowever, calling this function again when a popup is already in use (i.e. task) it seems that the message doesn’t use the styles like normally but instead uses the browser’s alert message.showing message while task is active uses browser’s alertI want my messages to have a unified style when calling them with “exec tsf_send_message”. Can this be fixed?

Add values to cube filter which need to be excluded, instead of only includedClosed

At this moment you can only add values to the cube filter which need to be included in the cube. If you want to exclude one value from a range of values, this becomes much harder. It would be handy to make it so that you can also enter the value which needs to be excluded from the cube. Best scenario would be to make it so that you can configure this the same way as a prefilter for example. You might want to filter specific values based on the cube view that’s enabled and filter other values (or not filter at all) when another cube view is enabled.

Increase the zone size in which you can modify the width/height of neighbouring screensClosed

It is possible to have multiple screens next to each other in the tsf, e.g. to display the Roles screen next to the Runtime configurations screen. When I want to increase the size of the Roles screen and consequently shrink the Runtime config screen, the bar that allows me to do this is 1 pixel in width/height. This makes it hard to get a hold of the bar. I think it would be a quality of life upgrade if this bar would become wider, like the bar that separates two details for example, as this makes it much easier to modify the width of neighbouring screens.

Preview screen typeClosed

When you (re) design a screen, it is possible to display a preview of this screen in the Software Factory. As shown in the image below, this is now only possible for a table. Perhaps it is an idea to make this possible for a variant of a table with its own specific assigned screen type. This can now only be displayed in a end product.

Improving communication to users in password expired screenClosed

When password is expired, users are shown the screen below:This text does not provide the user with a clear image of the case at hand, and how to solve it:It is mentioned that the password is expired, the password needs to change, and the password is forgotten. User is asked to change the password ‘below’, while ‘below’ no fields are shown to change the password. As this function will be used often by Zeeman users (password expires everey 2 months for some 8000 users), optimization is needed. My suggestion is to change the text, or make this adaptable to customer wishes.
