Hi, I am following the solution for generating report : In this as indicated the HTTP connector is replaced by the generate report connector.We need to store the report in database, hence using the Write File process action. However, the dropdown for storage location is empty even after creating a new one (by clicking the magnifier). Let me give some context: I am making a process for an employee when he initiates his resignation, an email will be sent to the HR and his manager.In this process I have an process variable which store the employee id of current user. Hi,I have a functionality which automatically triggers an email (a reminder sent on a daily basis) when the work permit of the employee is expired in 30 days.Now we added a checkbox , when it is checked the email should not be sent any more. I tried to implement this with below steps:Created a control procedure : layout Below code in the template(the work_permit_expiration date is mandatory): if @work_permit_check_box = 1 /*when checked*/ begin set @work_permit_expiration = NULL /*null the date*/ end However, this seems not do perform any changes.Where am I doing wrong? In the date helper, there is a task to go tot the current date. This task is working in the GUI. However, the same task in universal is not working. Can someone please guide? GUI image Universal image
For my project, we need to use SF as a form, to be filled by candidates who get selected in the recruitment process. The initial data for each candidate comes from a third party (ZOHO recruit) database. As per the requirement an email will be sent to the candidate with a link (universal url), after clicking on this link the form should open. As per my discussion previously with the Thinkwise solution experts, credentials are necessary in order to logging into SF. The workaround for that we are using is creating users for each candidate using their email-id as the user-id. My concern is that, for example : there are 20 candidates per day filling the form, then in a month there will be around : 600 and in a year : approx. 7200. Will this cause any issues in the system performance in the long run? Is there any other solution for this issue?
I want to create users in IAM using API. In order to POST the details , I am using below JSON query as the Body. Its working via Postman, but not through SF. The project I am working on needs to fill a form (which is developed in SF) by the candidates. This form will be sent as the link to the candidate in an email. When the candidate clicks this link it should take the candidate to the form. My question is :If the candidate does not have the log in details for SF , can he still open and save his data through the form? Can the universal GUI url open without user id and password?
For my project I am trying to send an email as soon as the candidate saves his/her details in the form. I made process using the SMTP connector as per few suggestions via the community. However, the email is not auto generated. Below is my process flow. Initially I used “Activate detail” process action instead of the “Start task”.
