Hi Pim, good question. A possible solution would be to create a process flow in which you recursively store the values of the first row in process flow parameters, delete the row from the XML, and then call the HTTP connector using these parameters. The SQL code for the task or process procedure to assign the parameters would look something like this:
-- Store the values of the first row select @param1 = row.value('./param1[1]', 'int'), @param2 = row.value('./param2[1]', 'varchar(10)') from @xml_input.nodes('/rows/row[1]') as t2(row) -- Delete the first row set @xml_input.modify('delete /rows/row[1]')
The HTTP connector should be called while the parameters have a value. Also make sure you use a different name for the XML input parameter of the task than the MultiselectParameterID.
Hi Frans, thanks a lot for submitting this idea. However, we do not quite understand what you are trying to achieve. Can you explain this in more detail, maybe with some screenshots or a video?
This feature is actually already in our backlog! In addition, it will be possible to define these colors in the context of a theme so that you can, for example, adjust conditional formatting colors to suit different theme colors. For the same reason, we will probably also separate fonts from font styling (size, bold, italic).
The registry key is indeed set by the GUI just before showing the Preview component.
The Windows GUI tries to use the latest version of Internet Explorer installed (usually 11), by setting the FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION registry key. You can test this by opening this link in the Preview component: https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/
In version 2018.2 we added the task type None specifically for this purpose.
Why do improvements need to happen via a ticket? Why cant we update the text ourselves? We all work at Thinkwise and (should be) knowing what we say, right? I assume this could save you guys a lot of hasstle and will get everyone that wants to get involved, directly involved.
We would very much like that too, but to access our Azure DevOps environment you need a Visual Studio subscription, and we only have a limited number of licenses. We’re looking into some other options as we speak, so hopefully in a while everyone will be able to fork the repository and submit pull requests!
Dear Edwin, The Mobile GUI basically runs on all devices that can run the supported Android versions (4.4 and higher), but we recommend using as much as possible a version that is still supported by Google (7.0 or higher). Memory and CPU is very much dependent on the application, but I recommend at least 1 GB of RAM. The Thinkwise Mobile GUI is used on more than 100 different Android devices Did this answer this your question?
Hi Harm, The Web GUI loads the model for every user, whereas the Indicium application tier only loads the full model once (using the pool account).
Hello Eric, We’ve encountered this problem with a customer in the past. Then, the 32 bits Crystal Reports merge modules weren’t working proper with some of the database providers. The problem was fixed by always using the OLE DB for SQL Server provider. Could you please try this solution?
Unfortunately, we can’t adjust this with the GUI. Check the following link for an instruction to adjust column width in the report itself: https://answers.sap.com/questions/364786/when-exporting-as-xlsx-from-crystal-columns-and-ro.html
