Automatically switch to merged branch after merge session.

Problem

When I execute a merge and put my old branch on inactive, it remains my active branch. However since I have said I want to deactivate my old branch, I no longer want to work in it.

Solution

After a merge session where you deactivate your source branch, switch branches to the target branch of the merge session.
