Hello @Mike Heijstee,

We tested accessing a website that displays a cookie popup using both URL control and HTML control, and it worked as expected.

To investigate further, we’ll need more details, including:

  • The browser being used.
  • The component or method used in the application to handle the link.
  • Exact steps to reproduce the issue (e.g., when and how the popup appears).
  • Whether any plugins or ad blockers are active, as these can interfere with cookie popups.
  • If the link works correctly when pasted directly into the browser.
  • Any errors showing in the browser’s console.

Thank you!

I used google chrome,

the link is a url that opens within the application in a screen (see attached screenshot nr 2

pop up appears in screen when opening

no plugins/ad blockers active

links works properly when opened directly in any browser

no errors in browsers console

it appears that some clicks within the screen work (e.g. i can click on red button “rouwbloemen bestellen”and get the following screen)

I can click further and select flowers and it seems all working, but in the end it turns out that the shopping card does not gete filled with products.

Does this help?
