For developent purposes I like to run the WebGUI over SF.

Is it still possible in SF version 2019.1? Are any additional settings needed, compared to 2018.3?

Since a while it is mandatory to configure a database pooling user for the Web GUI. When not configured the GUI falls back to the IIS Application pool user.

I guess your pool user is on "ApplicationPoolIdentity"?

More info about this configuration:

Kind regards,
