License renewal

Once in a while I get the following message when starting up the applications.

I was told I need to recycle the Indicium App Pool.

Just did, but the error keeps on displaying. In the log I see the following error. How can I resolve this?

Hi Peter,

Might there be a firewall that blocks the incoming/outgoing requests to/by Indicium?

This question I have due to this in the error.:

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 144.178.66.249:443
