Hi,

I updated this morning to the latest versions of Universal GUI and Indicium, 2021.3 SF included latest hotfixes. After updating Universal, all users get this message when starting tasks buttons:

“Stage task failed: Error: Er is een onbekende fout opgetreden, neem contact op met uw administrator” running ons tasks buttons.”

Deleted all local cache, restart Indicium and IIS, tested “in private” and more then 1 device. With administrator account (IAM “all rights”) it’s stil working, please help! High priority?

URL: 1 example URL: https://<server>/indicium/iam/<env>/document_koppeling(document_id=99154,tab_id='contact',primary_key='16662')/task_ga_naar_document/stage

@Jaap van Beusekom We just encountered this issue as well, it seems to be related to hidden Task Parameters. Once we set those to Read Only, we don't encounter the error. We're going to raise a TCP for this.

Are you sure the model and the database are in sync? More often then not this issue comes from the application being based on an older model. If this is not the case, can you please report this as a support ticket in TCP so we can have a look at this problem?

I restored my Indicium and Universal and everything working fine ( no model issue )

Indicium version: 2021.3  Build: 15 Metasource version: 2021.3

Universal GUI versie 2021.3.13.0  GUI uitgebracht op  11/26/2021 Platform versie

2021.3

tested with latest Universal with old Indicium, Working fine. So, Indicium latest is causing the issues

Hi @Arie V thanks for your feedback. Hope ThinkWise read this and will fix this in a hotfix, next release or put on their backlog.

I had monday morning 3 hours frustrated end-users on my support tickets and restored my old version for next weeks. New update planned “somewhere in 2022” ;-)
