Protected branchesSince the branches RELEASE and DEVELOP are automatically protected and recognized as persistent and protected it would be nice that when the popup for “Create merge session” has the reciprocal merge as default. RELEASE and DEVELOP won’t be likely to be archived afterwards. It’ll prevent that you accidentally archive such a branch and it save a few clicks.
Inspired by this idea: Automatically assigning validation to the user that created or mutated the related object. In most of the cases that would make sense.
According to the documentation it’s possible to store files in the database. I understand this takes two columns: one to store the filename and the other to store the file contents. So far so good. But how do I get to set the storage column as mentioned in the manual? I tried a bunch of combinations between datatypes and controls but so far the field hasn't popped up.
When I am editing a template that is in Review status there is automatically an comment added like ‘The template '' was inserted by after the changelog was submitted for review.’I would like to get a warning before I can edit this template. In this warning I would like to have the option to change the status to ‘Development’
To more easily identify which control procedures are not yet covered by a unit test, it would be nice if there was a prefilter for this in the functionality screen. This way we can find these more easily and create them directly in the detail tab. An added bonus would be to display a badge at the unit tests, so you can immediately see by how many unit tests the control procedure is covered.
Quite often after applying a filter, or modifying a record in a filtered list, I get the offer to open the record in a new document. Great, and really helpful. The drawback is that I almost as often like to reuse that document and apply another filter (it's open anyway, so why close it and open it again?)That's a no-go of course: invisible for the users at home, the GUI has cocooned that single record in its own context, and any changes in the applied filter will only make that record become invisible. To me it is not quite clear what indicator the GUI gives to let me know that this record is the result of “this record can not be shown due to applied filters, open in new document”. If it is not too much of a trouble, I'd propose these extensions to the GUI:An indicator that this record is cocooned in its own context so that it is clear to the user why nothing is shown after applying a filter where results are expected A button to release the context, so that the document is available f
When the System flow schedules frequency is set to "Recurring", can starting at/to be not mandatory.. if empty then it's the whole day. I keep forgetting that 00 to 00 means not running.
Currently the Change Filters-process action works with static values and ‘Equals’, as stated in the documentation:The filter value that must be set on the column in question as an equal to filter condition. This parameter is present for every column of the subject. It would be nice if there are more options, like ‘is not empty’, ‘starts with’ etc, just like the normal Filter function.
when you are configuring mock data, the complete data set can sometimes become quite cluttered. Also, you cannot immediately see which results are returned by an expression. I would like to see a tab next to the 'column values', or in another place if that makes more sense, with 'data', where the result of the complete mock data set can be displayed. Then we wouldn't have to click back and forth through all the configured rows to see the result of the mock data set and look for where an expression is incorrect or data is wrong, for example.
