How to display percentage in the UI (when value in DB is in decimals)?

Apparently I haven't been clear enough in my initial question. Sorry for that.I am looking for a way to show percentages in the UI (e.g. 50) while the database holds the fractional value (e.g. 0.5): User enters: 60 → Database value becomes 0.6 Database holds 0.6 → UI displays 60An expression field will not do the trick, since the user has to be able to enter a value too.I already thought of making a view and the using an instead of trigger to update the entered values, but that feels like a far-fetched solution.Any other possible solutions are welcome.

Dear Jasper,Thanks for your reply and for the additional tip about ‘no lock’ hints (relics from my predecessor) along the way!I've found the code to add the check for domain/data type. I wonder if there is a column of c (see highlighted code) that I can use for checking the domain/ data type the same way that there is a check for ‘’calculated_field_type’?I know that I can use something like this (see below), but I hope that there is a better way.:SELECT DATA_TYPE FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNSWHERE TABLE_NAME = 'table name' AND COLUMN_NAME = 'column name'

Where to configure available printers for my project?

Hi Casper, I'll remember this for the next time I need it. I am now using an external function for the print job. One of the parameters is the printer location. See attachment. I searched the documentation first and couldn't find anything about the printers and then before my initial post I contacted your support by phone and they asked me to create a post. And when I did, I got told to click on the magnifying glass... Anyway, I am glad to have this information now. Thanks for your answer! Regards, Dennis.

Sequence in Process Flow

Hi Jasper, No I didn't try you solution. Thanks for the tip about the Process Flow Monitor though! I chose a completely different design for my process flow. I included a task to execute an external c# function that prints and deletes the reports after the print job. Regards, Dennis.

Duh... I know this obviously! When I do this, I get a list of printers that are probably somehow/sometime added by my predecessor(s). My question is how to add a network printer to this list. I cannot find anything about this in your documentation.

Thanks for your reply! I read the topic about dragging the marker to another location. That could be a workaround for us. Displaying the map with a default marker in the center of the country and then have the user drag it to the desired location and save that new location to the database. Where/how do I activate/get the Google maps extention?

Hello Vincent, Thanks for your swift reply. Could you please explain to me how I have to: "bind this output parameter to a process variable and [u]use a process procedure to choose the next process step based on the value of this variable."[/u] I understand the part of binding the output parameter to a process variable. But how do I force the flow to a specific direction? Since I only can choose between 'Always', 'Successful' and 'Not successful'. We're on 2017.1. See below the flow involved. Two (or more) reports in a process flow on multiple records

I found out that my process flow is working as expected. Even on variants. The problem occurs when the process flow is fired from a nested tab page. Then the records from another tab page are used in the 'go to next row'. I am going to contact your helpdesk for this. Thanks for your help!

Dear Erik, I just found out that when I use the flow on the original subject (not being a variant) it works like a charm! Now I have to do some additional research first, since when I use it on a variant, the next row action is not working as expected. I first going to see how this variant is configured and then I get back to this post. Thanks so far...

[u]In addition to my post above:[/u] It looks like the report deactivates the collection of record and as a result of that there is no collection of records anymore to get the next row from. If I am right then I need a way to get the focus back on the original record of the original record set, before selecting the next row. When I place the 'go to next row' action immediately after the 'go to first row' action I get the report of the second row of the collection.

Hello Erik, Thanks for your reply. It makes sense to use your approach. That is why I tried it. Unfortunately something is still not working as expected. Please be so kind to look at my process flow (attached to this post) and tell me what I am doing wrong here (I am on 2017.1). What I notice is that 'go to next row' isn't returning a row and never continues on the successful path. I tried to activate the grid before the 'next row' step, but that's not working either. I checked and 'go to first row' returns the first row, so that is working as expected. No big deal, but more base colors could solve this issue to my opinion. That's why I asked.
