Issue:Person X's username is the same as their email address, which is "abc@de.nl." However, there is another account associated with the same email address, "abc@de.nl."It seems that with the latest version of Indicium, Person X is unable to log in to the account using the username "abc@de.nl." Instead, the system consistently selects the account linked to the email address "abc@de.nl."
I have an issue where I have 14 prefilters in a page and it collapses into vertical 3 dots when the page loads. Is there a way for us to prevent the prefilter bar from collapsing after a certain amount of prefilter icons being displayed? Can I use custom CSS? I also tried working with screen types where I added a prefilter bar under a taskbar to see if it would allow a secondary toolbar only for prefilters and I realized that universal GUI disregards prefilter bar or similar items, it seems this only works in web gui if I remember correctly.
Hello,I have a handler functionality that gets fired when a record update is executed in a grid (by clicking the save icon).Since the handler contains multiple logical steps and will soon get convoluted, I was wondering if there is a way to model this functionality in a process flow - it would provide a better overview of the functionality with its actions and decisions.I tried implementing such a process flow, using the “Edit Row” and “Grid Edit” actions that led to a “Start Task” action (containing a template with the whole handler functionality as a test), but with no success. Thank you.
There is an issue in the Universal that makes preview URLs show up blank as per level 5 and down in a tree. So up to the 4th level the previewer connected to the tree shows the content (a URL).. but deeper levels are shown as blank, like the URL is not passed on anymore. What is the status of this issue that had another submitted issue already (see link).
Hi, in my Model Overview→ Branch → Model Settings I have set the Grid Row height to 22px. In most screens this works; However, in some screens I still get the Universal Default, which is larger. Is this a known issue, could it be me? Anyone also having this? Thanks!Blommetje
Hi,With the upgrade to Universal 2023.2.12, we face some strange issues in the list of a view.When we select some field in record x and with the arrow up or arrow down button we navigate to next record, then the focus of the field sometimes jumps to different column in the next record.So it is switching randomly between column 4, 3, 1, 2, 3, etc It is only not coming for all columns. For some columns, it works normally when navigate through the rows, the same column has still the focus. Any idea why this is happening and how it can be resolved? Thanks
Hi,We have made a screentype, similar to master-detail, that is normally used from a menu item and consists of a grid for the master and a tabs for the details including searching and filtering. When we use this subject in a lookup, it will use the screentype defined as the popup screentype when using the magnifier glass. This popup is however a bit limited because it has a fixed size (which can be changed with extended properties, but only for all popups) and it still includes searching and filtering. When we open a document in a process, so not from the menu, it will also open the document using the main screentype, including the grid. Within the process however we already know the specific instance which makes the grid not relevant and we would rather use another screentype which directly shows the details of the master with related child tabs (like in the popup, but then as a regular tab).So the questions is if another screentype can be used from within a process or maybe some othe
Hi All, We want to create a new app for getting Applicants to submit their details for job postings we have within the Group.The process that will be followed is first the applicant is reviewed and secondly upon approval they can get further access to complete their profile putting more details. If an applicant is Approved to be a suitable candidate for a position then he will be transfered to our main system for hiring process and further checks.I know we can have OPENID providers configured in IAM and we can do auto-provisioning, basically they can authenticate with the external provider and we can add them to a default User group. We have currently this configured for our main system with Azure which auto provisions new users within our organization. How can I achieve auto-provisioning for creating IAM users to a default user group? the users will not be part of our organization thus we need them as IAM users instead of External connected to an OPENID provider. Since we upgraded to version 2023.2 we experience strange behaviour when navigating through rows in a grid using the keyboard arrows. Lets say we have a grid with orders with IDs, statuses and an order date. When we select the ID field of a row and go down with the keyboard arrow the next row is selected but all of a sudden that little border is around another column like the status column. Sometimes that border disappears completely.I’ve also noticed this behaviour in the Software Factory.Is there anything we can do about this? Hi all,I deployed an upgrade to an end application. Ever since, some of the reports (Crystal Reports) do not work anymore on users’ systems. The platform version has remained stable.During development and while testing no problems occurred. It turns out that having SQLServer Management Studio installed is required for a working report.Without the management studio, Crystal Reports refuses to connect to the database.I imagine that installing the management studio provides additional database drivers, without which the CR runtime is not able to connect to the database.I have not been able to figure out which installable drivers the reports depend on, where to find such a driver, and why this is a problem all of a sudden.One thing could be that development is done against a more recent SQLServer version, as we do not have access to post end-of-life databases for development. Hallo community,I'm not sure if I'm too stupid to get drag and drop to work in the Universal GUI (2023.2.12).We have two views, on both of which we have activated drag & drop in the settings.Example in our Testsystem SettingsWe have defined one view as the source and the other as the target.Link Created a very simple task that is initially supposed to do nothing more than an INSERT into a table. There are no parameters defined yet, as it is important to us to get drag&drop to work.So the link is made and the interaction is also activated. The drag&drop process works visually, so we see how the line is moved.But the task is not called. For testing purposes, I tried the process under the Windows GUI. Everything worked as expected here.What did I forget or do wrong in the Universal GUI? Are there any ideas?ThanksChristian

Each time I select a line, the form on the right is also updating with the information of the line that I am currently selecting. Is it possible to keep the form from the first line as I select the other ones, until I click on the task that I want to execute on all of them?
Hello, we've just installed the new universal gui 2023.2.12 b1.0, where detail tab pages show icons. We see the icons on almost half of the detail tab pages, but we have no idea why they aren't shown on other detail tab pages.So far i've ruled out the following:It happens for both tables and views.It happens for both tables and variants.In the above image, both ‘Dienstverband’ as ‘Acties - beheer’ use the same detail screen type.All details in the image have icons configured on the subject/view/variant. any idea why icons are missing for some detail tabs?
hi, is there a possibility to view xml or json in a formatted way? so a user can read the data more easily? I saw a code_editor option in the domain control, but this doesn’t do the trick. Editing is not the case here (although if possible it would be appreciated 😊), and it doesn’t have to be complicated with grouping levels etc. just plain a structured layout.
Has anyone experience with purchase invoice recognition systems with a working interface with the TW application and Exact Online. We want to create a 3 way matching with the purchase order lines in the TW application and the invoices in the Invoice recognition system. Has anyone created something like this? Good day,We have a task to upload a file using the file upload component. When a file is being uploaded using this task we expect a progress bar to appear under the field where the name of the file is displayed. This worked on GUI version 2023.1.15.1.0Since GUI version 2023.2.10.0.0 the load bar does not appear anymore. This load bar was used to indicate the user that the file was uploading and that the following task could not be started yet. Now it looks like the following:The file upload pop upThe text of the file disappears for 50% and the load bar is not shown. The indication for the user is gone and now it's possible to accidentally hit the "execute” task before the file is fully uploaded. This could lead to improper processing of the file. Is this a bug in the latest version of the universal GUI?
We are trying to use the generated session variable: select SESSION_CONTEXT(N'guid') in Universal GUII’ve added it in a sample task that will show the generated guid but the returned value are only 1s and 0s for all users. Do I need to configure something in SF or IAM in order to display a different GUID for each tsf_user()?
