Hi Edwin,Thank you for your response. Can the proposed system flow have an "Execute sytem task" called from the trigger as its starting point? And will this be picked up and handled by Indicium?
For now I am going to apply it this way, however this is not the way I intended. Thanks.
Hi Mark, Thanks Documentation for the bad news! Can this be achieved in a different way instead of a process flow? It depends a bit on what you want to achieve. What should the Task do? And what actions happened before the user decides to close the screen? If I know that, I can probably find a way to achieve the desired goal. When exiting the screen for any reason, data should be deleted using the username (tsf_user ()) across multiple tables. This so that the data on the database is deleted and when the screen is opened next time it is empty for use.

Hi Mark,This is sufficient, in this way we can retrieve and merge data using a parameter that can be specified by the user on the screen. Thanks!
Hello Mark, thanks for your quick response. Is there another way to do this (retrieve and merge data using a parameter specified in the screen by the user)?Greetings Robert
Hi Anne, I was assuming that a unique constraint would prevent duplicate values from being entered. But as you indicate, the unique index takes care of this functionally. Then I see no reason to impose a unique constraint first. I'm going to roll out the unique index and test it on the database. Thanks for your comment,Robert Egberts
Hi Mark, I have tried this option. However, in my opinion, in this way you only create a unique index. A unique index ensures that the values in the index key are unique. I would like to create a unique constrain. A unique constraint guarantees that no duplicate values can be entered in the column(s) on which the constraint is created. When a unique constraint is created a corresponding unique index is automatically created on the column(s). Does the SF also give this option? Kind regards,Robert Egberts
Hi Mark, Indeed, this is temporarily the best workaround until a 'Delete appointment' task is available. Thanks for your idea, Robert
Hello Roel, What a pity that there is no standard functionality in the extender to be able to delete an appointment. The possibility to add a new appointment is available through double click on a time cell. An appointment can be changed by means of double click / resize / drop an appointment. Unfortunately there is no possibility to delete this appointment! It would indeed be a nice wish to be able to link a task 'delete appointment' to this functionality. Maybe it's an idea to drag and drop the specific appointment to a recycle bin (icon). Kind regards, Robert
Hello Roel, Then unfortunately there is no other option than to wait until this functionality is available. Thanks for answering. Kind regards, Robert
