In the release notes for 2023.12 b1.0 on September 1, 2023 is stated that the import wizard is being built.
Do you have any idea when we can expect the release of this wizard? We're eager to try this.

It has been available since the 2023.3.10 release of universal;
If you do not see this option in the overflow menu; please check the settings on the subject. In the software factory under User Interface > Subjects > Settings > Permissions. Under Other ‘Import’ should be checked.
