+21Does anyone know if it is possible to add a static layer to a map?
With a static layer I want to be able to mark an area that is continuously visible, but has no link with the records in the table. The layer must therefore remain visible regardless of the records in the dataset.

At this point there is no way to do this other than to include a row in your data which represents a polygon. If you still prefer your solution please feel free to add this as a wish.
