I have the strangest thing. We were accessing our application via an iPad. The ones that go via IAM work. the Universal that directs via SF gives an 403 error even the URL states https:// .. on my desktop it works, on the iPhone it works.. on the iPad it doesn't .. why?

Well the point was that for some reason the index.html got lost for that host, and apparently most of the desktop browsers don't have an issue with it except the iPad who returned the error.
Anyway, after putting back an index.html the error went away.

The 403 status code means forbidden and usually indicates an issue with permissions or, more rarely, an issue with a web server or firewall configuration. Can you share the URL of a request that gives a 403 response? It doesn’t need to be the full URL, you can omit the host name.
Also, can you share a screenshot of the response headers on this request? This will help with determining the cause of the problem.

I'll send you the 2 actual links.. it only happens with Safari and Windows IIS. We have a training environment that's on Linux and that one works on Safari.
