I’m having an issue connecting to my database when running a creation. 
When creating a new branch and connecting to the same database, it works normally.

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this issue??

Can you check the Indicium log for errors? It should hopefully give some more insights in what is going on.

I found this error in my indicium log 

>ERR] Process action "connect_to_application_db" in processflow "system_flow_connect_to_db" in application 19 threw an exception. (571360e4)
Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): The parameterized query '(@username varchar(255),@p2 nvarchar(128),@p3 sql_variant,@p4 nv' expects the parameter '@p3', which was not supplied.

I found the issue. 
In model overview I removed a language in application language and it emptied out the model settings. The model settings had the language I removed in it
