 Hi!

We have quite a few dropdowns which are pointing to variants and seems like for all of them once a few weeks we get them stuck on this "Loading...”.

The strange part is that if you let it open and wait to dissappear, click again on the dropdown, the results are there.

Do you have any idea what is going wrong? Is not for a specific table and some variants don't have anything fancy, just some prefilters. If we try directly with the table/view, the problem does not persist.

 

​@Ionut we have an issue from another customer that might relate to this. In that example it seems that the first time you open a Variant lookup, the Active Prefilters are not applied. Could it happen to be the same case with you, where the longer loading lookups to a table variant happen to be table variants with large data sets?

 

Please do raise a TCP and clarify your current Platform and Universal version, as well as a clarification if this happens on lookups from one Subject to a Subject variant and/or from a Task to a Subject variant.

Yes, I think is the same situations, where we have a lot of data to display is taking longer to be ready. We'll create a TCP, thanks!
