Identity columns without valid seed

It was possible for an upcycled identity column to not have a seed. The extracted data did not supply a value. Now, if an identity column is upcycled, the seed will automatically be set to 1 if not provided by the model extraction.

Default value of columns and domains

During upcycling, default values for columns and domains are extracted from the technology. However, the values could be the literal 'NULL' which would then be set as the default value for this column or domain. Now, the literal 'NULL' is translated to be NULL so the default value is empty.
