In this sprint, we made several improvements to the resource scheduler.

Resource scheduler improvements
Several fixes and minor improvements have been made to the Resource scheduler:
- Hidden hours are correctly displayed in all view types.
- Work times are correctly displayed in all view types.
- Buttons to navigate to the next or previous appointments are removed in all view types.
- The date picker navigates to the current date when you click Today.
- Dragging an external row to an all-day area triggers the external drop task.
