Simplify use of Refresh Model task during development

During development, the "Refresh Model" task may be called hundreds of times per day.

It might be an idea to move the task to the header bar or assign a Shortkey to the task.

And at the same time ignore all warnings, because they do not matter during development. 

This will definitely save a lot of time during development.

A keyboard shortcut such as CTRL+ALT+R may be easier to implement and can be just as useful for this.

I’m all for a button in the Top bar of an Application launched against the SF, which also ignores all ‘Edit’ state Open documents and simply refreshes the entire model with a single click!

As per the last merged Idea: I believe it’s also good to show the Last refresh timestamp, perhaps in the Tooltip of the button (or even better: an indication that the current Application model is not in sync with the underlying SF model).
