In the Software Factory, it is possible to hide a grid header via screentypes: 

Hide grid header

In the near future we want to switch from the Windows GUI to Universal and it seems that this option is not yet implemented in the Universal GUI (I can still see the header in Universal, whereas I do not see it in the Windows GUI).
