The Software Factory allows you to uncheck the integrity on FK references between tables. This option should be used with caution. Because on most occasions you would like to check the data integrity. Therefor it would be very useful to force developers to put in a reason why they have unchecked this integrity.

Having this forces them to think about their reasons and might help them understand that unchecking this is unusual and requires specific reasons. 

This obviously only applies for references between tables not between tables/views.
