SSH-protocol support for FTP-connector

Is there any news on this as we need to use SFTP to connect with partner systems?

We built an integrated solution for receiving, processing and sending EDI messages via E-mail, HTTP and FTP. We have been able to automate this extensively with the help of process flows and it works to everyone's satisfaction.

Unfortunately, we now find out that the FTP connector does not support SFTP, while there are many clients that only want to communicate via SFTP.

I see that a request for this has been pending for years.

When can we expect a solution?

Or maybe someone has already come up with a workaround to get along with SFTP?

We also need an option to use another port that the default one.

Is there any update on whether SFTP protocol support for the FTP connector will be implemented?

It's going to be a tight squeeze, but we aim for including this Idea in the 2025.1 Release.

To be clear: we are implementing this as a File storage location which can then be used with the File and Folder connectors.
