Expand/Collapse all items in Treeview based on User Preference.

When using Process analysis in the Software Factory, the project I work on has a long list of requirements divided in multiple categories. (Note: we have over 3500 items in the treeview)

Currently I open the Process analysis screen and every time, I will Collapse all items in the Treeview to then select the item I need to open. I noticed that there's no User Preference for this which means I will always need to Collapse all items by right-click and select the 'Collapse all' item (or use the shortkey Ctrl+Leftarrow)

What I would like is this to be determined by User Preference if present. If I always open that particular screen and Collapse all items, it should do it for me already upon opening.
