At a limited number of locations, eg. table and column, the SF allows to post a remark on the intended use of that object.
Often I just copy that entry verbatim to the help field for the same object.
It is little trouble to do by hand, but it would be nice if the SF copied the remark to the translation-object/help-field by default as a starter.
