Support with conversions

We are in the situation where quite a lot of developers are working together on a project that is actively being used by clients. This means that between versions the data always needs to stay intact. Now the problem we have that with some model changes, conversion scripts are forgotten to be made. Although some situations are caught by the ‘data conversion’ module, some situations are missed. One situation is where a new reference with integrity is made, this could lead to corrupt data. Another one is where domains are changed, values might me changed, or deleted, right now there is nothing that notifies us of such situations. It would be great to have a module or validations that help us find these situations and solve them before they become a problem
