Ability to change splashscreen progress bar color

I would like to be able to change the color of the progressbar. Currently it's always Thinkwise-blue, but when designing a custom splash screen for a customer this blue isn't always the best option. Being able to adjust this color from within the IAM would be a nice improvement!

Speaking of progress bars i also would like the option to add conditional formatting to the progress bar in the application itself. For instance i would like to use 3 different colors for the bar(or font-color): red up to 33% , yellow 34 - 66% and green 67% and above.
This feature is now available. With the ProgressbarColor ini parameter, you can set the color of the progressbar of the splash screen using a comma separated RGB value, for example:
