Some functionality or processes are not able to run if creation is running. Could we add a visual indicator that creation is running? This could work like a badge that polls each 15 seconds (configurable?) for example. Since this would retrieve one row on the PK this shouldn't impact the performance if the refresh rate is high enough. Maybe also add an indicator for syncing to this, but i'm not quite sure this hinders any processes in the sf.
