When a query is slow and takes more time then for example 1 minute create automatic a log to the thinkwise folder (no database action).

Long running queries is something that can happen for many reasons. It may be even intended to be a longer running process thus making it very difficult to decide a query is considered slow or not. We rather recommend using external tools to monitor your Thinkwise applications.
For example, the SQL Server Query store is one tool you can use that automatically monitors your database; Robert-Jan made a blog about this here:
