Enable the Export Path feature in Reports for the Web GUI

In the Universal GUI we were given the feature to create custom names on our report, upon being exported. But this is not the case in the Web GUI I was referred here after opening a ticket to TCP
(2165S - How to rename a report using report parameters in the web gui?)

Enabling this would help us in renaming reports produced under webgui.
