We have a TW app running in Azure.For the case a password needs to be reset we want to start using the Forgot password feature: However the feature simulates to work for non-existing names (claims to have sent a token), but returns an error on valid accounts (email address).No mails are sent so no reset is possible. We have setup the Exchange connection as described below, but still.How do we get this to work?

We have a web application built in Thinkwise on Azure SQL Server. Currently all our user need to be registered by admins manually. For our web application we want to build in a self registration for unregistered and unknown visitors. We have some instructions by TW, but has anyone done this before and how did you solve this?
The past months I have worked on an old app (2021.3) which runs in the Microsoft cloud (Azure, SQL Server and Web App).Now I have upgraded the 2021.3 version to 2023.2 (IAM and SF/Application), but I receive the message above and its blocking me from getting it to work. My question is: how do I fix this problem and get my apps to work?
