Hi, We use several additional apps that are loaded via the previewer. On desktops it works perfectly fine.. however when we access the U-GUI via iPad/iPhone the iFrame sometimes loads but more-over ends us loading ‘blank’.. Why is that? There are no errors, no notifications.. just the iframe loads the app (and then it works) or it loads blank and it stays empty obviously. attached a .har file.

Hi. How can I achieve an API function that will return full JSON. What does the error ‘Meta server is not reachable’ mean? I have it only with one or two users.
We are using more and more additional functionalities that use the oData api's of Thinkwise.. One of the problems is the automatic detection of the API URL.Is there a way to fetch the application using javascript (is it stored in a cookie somewhere?)or is there a way to get it in the end application so we can add the app alias to the URL query paramters? /#application=esm_dev
I have a fixed set of pre-filters, but not all pre-filters are functional based on what is in the table. I would like to hide the pre-filters that don't make a difference based on the content of the table, like tasks and references.
I'm struggling a bit to understand where the platform support automatic timezone adjustments and where not. Basically I've set every SF part up to always save time elements in UTC and via domains to show local. Whereas based on the user-settings it will show at the timezone of the user. How does the platform change the timezone output? Is it done at runtime in the GUI? Does it only work via IAM or also via SF? It appears that it doesn't always work. Is there a difference between table or view? (see point 1 as well)And then we have custom elements and generated HTML. Here we have to basically sync the timezone information from the IAM with our App.Is there a translation table somewhere in the IAM to do the mapping from the IAM registered values to the windows timezone? Does the Universal already support fetching the current location from a device that has a GPS function? Or is there a way to get it using HTML and Javascript (https://love2dev.com/blog/html-geolocation/) in for example a task to then fetch a route via API to a known location?
I'm setting up our new server and we are running databases as containers on different ports. How do I define this in the indicium app settings.. I would like to see that the GUI shows a visuals indicator that a user is in a GUI flow. Now when you go from flow starting task A to task B (with a for example a decision node or HTTP requests in between) the user doesn't see that a next task is coming up. Implementation could be something like a tsf_send_progress idea where are user is aware that the flow is getting info, making a decision or whatever is in the flow.
As we are located in Brazil, I am really missing the option to set a language per application. For example we have the IAM and SF that I would like in English (because it's not fully translated for pt-BR). And then I have applications completely in pt-BR but also only in English. Now I can only set my language globally. So my idea here is:to set a specific IAM language to set a specific language per ApplicationThe user defined language can continue to be the default. We are moving our infrastructure completely to Linux, and one of things that is a bit troublesome (especially with container-based virtualization) is that the SQL server base images don't include the FTS packages. So I'm a bit wondering what areas of the SF don't work anymore when FTS is not available?

I have migrated several projects to our new server, and one gives me errors on all application queries (500). Model queries work fine.. So I see the GUI, but never content. How does the GUI exactly determines if Indicium is running? The fact is that indicium is running, but from the SF it says it's not. My setup is that SQL server and Indicium are running in a virtualized container on non standard ports. If I look at the IAM. the agent check-ins do function.. I see up-to-date log entries.
I have the strangest thing. We were accessing our application via an iPad. The ones that go via IAM work. the Universal that directs via SF gives an 403 error even the URL states https:// .. on my desktop it works, on the iPhone it works.. on the iPad it doesn't .. why?
On a few occasions we use the history table to calculatie timings and would like to add an index to the history table for improved performance.

As a result of this thread: I would like to see the API call function for detail inserts even when the actual reference is not shown in the GUI. Because it doesn't make sense and we have to create unnecessary API variants to not show the reference in the GUI, but to have the ability to insert data via an API.. (direct insert doesn't work because of our hidden tenant_id in the key)..
Hi. I'm a IAM administrator for some reason my own user is blocked for updates (cannot update my timezone and application language). What is causing this? I cannot find it.
Is there a way to actually show the menu items (not groups) dynamically? I have a menu group with some options for employees and managers.. the fact if someone is a manager or employee is defined by the application. If someone is only an employee they don't need to see the manager option(s) ..
The HTML control in the Universal is very limited, a user cannot do anything HTML like. It would hugely increase its value when it's something like there in the forum, where you can do text layouts including colors, links, quotes etc…
Is there more information available on how to integrate custom pages into the Universal GUI. Especially how the context sensitivity works and authorization.. how is authorization passed through as the contextual parameters? Custom components make use of the HTML preview component. All API features offered by Indicium can be used by these HTML pages. The HTML itself can be made context sensitive, for instance by using information from the current row. All available features of the Thinkwise platform are inherited. Any best practices here, extra info.
