Since the SF/IAM upgrade to the new version 2022.2, users in the end application have been experiencing problems with date control. For example, the calendar in the Windows GUI no longer starts with the local user settings.

Time zone information setting for users

Even with changing the domain time zone which is behind the relevant column the calendar continues to start with Sunday as the first day of the week.

Time zone "Local”

In the SF, I am using the CustomDateMask runtime.

✔️ Local pc settings are correct (Monday as the first day of the week);

✔️ IAM user has Time zone "Europe/Amsterdam ;

How can we fix this 😮?

The problem does not seem to occur in the Universal GUI. However, our users are still making full use of the Windows GUI right now. Can this bug be fixed soon?

Hi Dennis,

Not 100% sure, but could you try the usewindowsculture extended property?

Hopefully this will solve the issue for now.

Hi @Robbert van Tongeren

Thanks for the thoughts, despite not mentioning it in my previous post I was already using the UseWindowsCulture property. Unfortunately, this is not the solution to the problem.

Hi all,

Using the UseWindowsCulture property in the .INI (not to be confused with extended properties in SF) did solve the issue in this case.
