Which tool(s) do you use for creating user documentation?

Question

With AI the field of creating user documentation seems to have progressed rapidly the last few years. So I am wondering what tools do you use to create user documentation of your Thinkwise application and do you recommend it?

We are specifically looking for something that is easy to maintain with a rapid changing application.

But let me give a bit of input about options I am aware of:First of all, most likely we will bringa basic version of the F1 Help function known in the Windows GUI to the Universal UI as well:Help | Thinkwise DocumentationSecond of all, at Wagenborg we used to use a Dynamically assigned Help task that would appear on a Subject if a specific SharePoint page was created for it (and added to a Subject <> SharePoint link table within the Application).It seems another customer is doing something similar as well:Know the context of the table and variant when starting a table task | Thinkwise Community. I know they have been looking into Pendo as well, but it seems they haven’t moved forward with that option.
