Hi all,

After upgrading to the 2020 we are unable to use the Indicium viewer anymore. Is this a known problem, or is there something wrong on my side?

Hi Leroy,

Thanks for your question. It immediatly answerred my question: 

The viewer was located in an UNC path, which is not allowed for the viewer. When I copied the Viewer to a local directory it worked.

Hi Peter,

Can you run the Viewer in debug mode using the “debug.bat” file and send a screenshot here of the contents of the Console please?
