I would like to know more about the possibilities of Extenders.

In my opinion I am missing a few Extender Types?

The extenders which I now have available to me:

  • Custom_display_format
  • Default_editable_cube
  • Maps
  • Resource_scheduler

I seem to have read somewhere that there are Extenders available for grid grouping and multiline headers.

Who can tell me more about it?

Hello Harm,

You are completely up to date with the Extenders. Grid column groups used to be an extender but is now available in the model.

You can find the grouping of the grid columns in User Interface -> Subjects -> Components -> Grid. By filling the fields Next Group and Label, the subsequent fields will be grouped group and placed beneath the chosen label.

Does this answer your question?

Hello Harm,

If you want the list header to be multiple rows high, then you should use line breaks in the the translation of the column.

Hello Peter,

That is good to hear! But I was looking for a way to make a column header two rows high. This is useful for columns in which the data is relatively small and the header is relatively wide. For a column like ‘status date’ I would like to see status and date underneath each other in the header of a column.

Ester,

Thank you! It does work like I wanted it to.

Kind regards,

Harm
