For some processes in our application we send out emails to users to notify them that they have to take action on a certain thing. It would be great if we could add an URL in the email that immediately sends them to the correct record in the application. Is this possible in the universal GUI?

You can do this by sending a deep link URL to a processflow that has a “Go to row” action.
It's possible to include process parameters in these deeplinks, that way you can send the user to a specific record.
