Hi Team,

In GUI, translations are not getting reflected after refreshing object model. In SF all the objects are in translated state still it is showing as untranslated in GUI. Other user interface changes are getting reflected correctly.

How to resolve this?

Note: we recently migrated our projects to new environment and we are not sure, this could be the reason.

Hi Usha,

There's a change you have turned off Translations in the Developer tab in the GUI top bar, could you check that? Once that is enabled, translations should be visible again.

It may also be that you open the application using a language that you have no translations for. You can check your ini file to ensure the correct language is entered.

I toggled the Translation, but still the same.

I have checked the ini file, which does not have any details for language, It has the following details:

; More settings: https://docs.thinkwisesoftware.com/docs/sf/configuration_file

; Start and load applications through an IAM database
MetaSource = SF
RDBMS = sqlserver

; Required, point to IAM database
Server = ******
Database = ***********

; rdbms, mswindows or kerberos
Authentication = RDBMS

; enduser or developer
ExecutionMode = developer

Login screen shows language as ‘en’, attaching the screen shot.
